All the employees were very nice and always are I left another big chain drug store to come to CVS 7 years ago and I'm glad I did.

My experience here has been terrible. Every time I come to pick up my prescription I make at least 3 trips to tell them to fill it and for them to tell me it’s not ready yet.

I have been trying to get in touch with them for days. I leave a message and they never call. I talked to the front desk and they said they were very understaffed and it takes a long time for them to call you back.

I've been going to this pharmacy for about a year now and have been lied to multiple times about prescription availability and been given the runaround when trying to update my account information or a prescription amount. I'm using a different location now but if you have to use this one, I suggest not going on a Friday or Saturday if you have a time sensitive need.

The pharmacist told me I was wasting his time when I was trying to get information and get help with a prescription.
I called the customer service number to complain. I was told they would send it to the Division Manager and I would be contacted. After no contact for several days. I called back and spoke to a person who told me the Division Manager would not call back. I then asked for a supervisor. The supervisor said the complaint had never been forwarded and the Division Manager would call me within 24 hours. Still no word.

The Pharmacist who I was told he was the manager was very rude. I refused to let him demean me and as a senior citizen I am well trained to let people know when they are not being professional. Now this location will not fill any of my prescriptions. After using this location for over 30 years I will never step in another CVS store.

The store looks a lot better than it did some months ago. Looks like they're really cleaning up the place. Saw some people shoplifting during my visit, absolutely shameless. The pharmacy could use some work and maybe some more training.

By far the worst experience I have ever had on a reoccurring basis. I would give zero stars if I could. The full workflow and the plethora of technical issues/breakdowns cause such an alarming experience for both clinicians and patients. The company needs to revamp the system and revisit why they are in the business because it shouldn’t be for money. It’s also very alarming to be dealing with a corporation that are worried more about the number of bodies that they staff versus quality and experience to get patients what they need. And the incompetence of the staff and the apparent lack of training is astounding.

Frustratingly slow, understaffed, and unkempt on a consistent basis. The lack of a drive through for the the pharmacy is also a big minus. Pharmacy prices are also not competitive with others nearby.
