I saw the cashier while I was pumping gas 5 minutes later i try to get inside of the store but i was close ( losing sales , during that time i saw more customers walking away and spending their money in a different store) I did the same thing.

Pump 1, the nozzle auto shut off does not work. I lost a pint to a quart on the ground. No printer paper for a receipt.

Cheapest diesel in this area, but probably because their diesel pumps are SLOW as molasses. Definitely don’t bring a big truck here. It was taking so long that I sat in my vehicle for the fill-up to finish, except the automatically cutoff didn’t work and diesel was overflowing onto the ground before I noticed.

Nice gas station market.. no sketchy skill macines,and people piled up inside..lady has alot deal with with crowds of customers by herslef.not fair..

I was just there checking out to get gas , a gentleman came up and told them that they need soap in the men's bathroom one of the workers basically shrugged his shoulders and the other one said they was out of soap . Now I have work for Mapco, I know for sure your not out of soap . I feel like they didn't want to do there job . The gentleman was highly upset and he did go off on them but that's because they're not doing their job like they should be . -MG

This is my second time i've had a racial experice by the Man working there the first time he accused me of trying to rob the store or do something to him just base on my apperance ( hispanic with tats ) all i did that day was get coolant for my car because it was overheating & he procceds to tell costumers that im trying to rob him which makes everyone stare at me as if im a criminal which to this days bothers me because i dont know how im seen in others peoples eyes based on that cituation with him...
The second time it was with my dad today Sat,July 6...
My dad goes in to cash in his lottery tickets of $22 & the guy tells him " here its $12 " and my dad tells him thats not right i know its $22 & than tje guy claims the machine was faulty once my dad told him he will call the cops and all of a sudden the machine works and tries to give my dad the correct amount of $22 at that point its to late - he already had yelled at my dad and told him to get out of the store for trying to show that he was trying to steal my dads winnings
Once the cops get there he tells them that my dad smells like alcohol which is False Because my dad has diabites & hearth problems & he just got off work to go to his second job
They need to fire that guy already even other costumers told us that he does that often to guys that dont speak english well or cant defend themselves very racist I know Mapco is better than this ive always loved this gas stations but with this types of workes i dont know anymore ( we did file a report against him )
He also said " Go ahead they not going to do nothing remember your first report and im still here" and he smiled and flick me off

I am about to sue on employee who is currently working at this MAPCO gas station. I am loyal mepco reward member from long time. I have just visited today at 5:10 pm to put gas in my car. I parked my car on front of num # 5 gas pump and went inside and gave cash 15$ for fuel but employee don’t English probably and said done. Meanwhile someone from pump num# 6 took my nozzle and refill fuel in his car after that I told that whole story to cashier and I said that give my money back and he also know that somebody refill gas instead of me. Employee keep shouting on me and said get out from my store. I was humiliated and threatened by that employee which is clearly offense done by him. Therefore I won’t recommend to go there. I might take action.

When inside yesterday to purchase something and was shouted at I'm still confused to this point I joined the line and the guy working the register started shouting at me and cursing me out everyone including me was surprised a guy even tried telling him to stop and he didn't listen he word there 25/5/24 and 26/5/25 I pass it this morning with him working he needs to be fired but obviously they don't take customers seriously there
