This place threw out everything I put in the unit without a call or notice. I didn’t lapse on payment, I didn’t cancel my space. The unit didn’t have a lock on it, which is their fault. I called multiple times to have them put a lock in or on the door to my unit the day I purchased it. They failed to do so and when I went to the office up front the lady behind the desk laughed and waved us off before turning out the light. We were a moment or two past 6. Our bad for trying to inform you of a problem right at closing time, right?? Well I informed them they cleaned out my unit without telling or asking, they said our mistake. That’s all. I had well over $400 worth of stock for my jewelry business in there. I have insurance on the unit and yet you’re not going to replace a dime?? I will be taking this to court if they don’t fix this asap. There were irreplaceable vintage items in there and pieces with sentimental value. This place doesn’t care about you, your stuff or fixing their issues. They want your money and that’s all. Don’t bother with them.
