This Most awful services . I spent 45 minutes in the store, ready to drop $200 on sneakers. My husband accidentally walked off with my phone, after 30 minutes of searching for him and getting worried, I asked to use the store phone. They flat-out refused - i asked if i could Paige them - apparently it had been “broken all day” . walked around for another 20 minutes, clearly distressed, the employees at the front saw - not one employee cared or offered help lol… Left without the shoes because this store obviously could not give less of a shit for its customers. Spend your money somewhere that does ! 0 stars if i could - customer service & feeling well taken care of while shopping is huge to me and most people , truthfully - this store has close to none

Got a sycrony cc from a dicks deal for no interest. I bought 3 kayaks for around 1k. Just found out that they are charging 32% interest. Wow yikes. I callled and was explained that it was because I had to purchase in the store. I said I paid online to setup an appt to pick them up
and ensure they were in stock. Unbelievable and very misleading. Watch out for dicks and there financing scams. I used to like dicks but they could have cared less.

Make this make sense, you have a bathing suit online. It’s on sale for $22.80. It is also on sale in store and rings up for $26.00. I ask for the $22.80 price and I also have a $10 reward. He is finished and it’s $26 and some change. I said that’s not right. He begins to argue with me and I decide that I no longer want the suit. Why is this an issue? It should have been $13-$14 with tax. Things are already so expensive and I get excited when I can get something on sale and you just have to make it so difficult so I can’t.

Went in to make an online purchase return of my WAY overpriced OnClouds, and the sweetest guy in the shoe department, Brandon, came up and offered a bunch of advice and his opinion on the best pair of shoes I need to run my triathlon coming up. He was so kind and quick to help, and got the sizes I needed in literally seconds. Can’t wait to go back and tell him how they worked for me. Mac checked me out and was also super kind and quick. Great store, and employees. I will definitely be back…to spend too much on that wall of Stanley Cups. Lol.

I took a bicycle (that I purchased there) in for a tune up. They told me it would take 2-3 days. It took 2 weeks and they never called me to let me know that it was ready. I called to let them know I had someone coming with a truck to pick it up and spent 15 minutes getting transferred to various people in the store. After finally requesting to speak to the manager, he assured me the bike for pick up. When my boyfriend arrived at the store to pick it up, he had to wait for 20 minutes to get anyone to assist him. When they finally brought the bike out, the guy said that he still needed to check the bike to make sure everything was properly tightened. Isn’t That what they’re supposed to do during a tuneup?? Terrible experience, and I will not be returning.

Maria was amazing!! I needed snow pants and since it’s late in the season everything was put away getting ready to be shipped out and she found me a pair of pants. She went above and beyond!!
