I have nothing but love and respect for the employees here. The service is fast and efficient. God bless them.I have 2 small suggestions:1. Please open (even half day) on Saturdays. DMV (or BMV) in some other states does this already. This creates more job openings. Less people on weekdays, which helps everyone. Many have a job M-F 8-5.2. Please remove or improve the glass shield. I could not hear the clerk due to the glass + background noise and had to ask to repeat multiple times. At this point, those who are conscious about COVID precautions use their own protection already.

I have been here so many times; the early morning que outside the office, the long wait times for your processing etc. etc. in short painful past but the recent experience was the best; the systems are way more streamlined. Now, there is a provision to scan and check in your prior booked appointments and for Walk-ins. We had two appointments and were in an out; in like 30 min timeframe. Never been so quick in the past.

Horrible! The person that checked us in was rude ! Didn’t properly check out our paperwork and waited for 2 hours to be told we didn’t have the right paperwork! The person that told us that we didn’t have the right paperwork was very rude! Worst DMV I have ever been to!

Godawful really terrible all around. Bad employees, excessive wait times. Waited 3 hours to be sent away. Perfect example of government waste and unnecessary bureacracy. Zero stars.

This score is based off the customer service that was provided and observed while at the office. I interacted with three different persons and all were helpful and courteous. As I was waiting, I observed the other employees as they assisted people, and never saw a negative encounter. Yes, the wait time is long, but they proceed as quickly as possible. Bring current documentation for proof of residency and if you’re transferring your license from another state, you need your license, birth certificate or passport, social security card, and proof of residency found on the website.

Hopefully I can share some helpful advice for those who are updating their drivers license to the Real ID this next year. Don't show up in the morning. We got there at 10am and didn't get helped until just after 12pm. It appeared as though only one person handles Real ID requests and even though we were next in line for it, we had waited 2 hours before getting called up. I actually had to go back later in the afternoon, around 2:30pm, and that time I only waited for 3 minutes before being called up. So maybe go in after 12pm. Don't know if it will be like that every day, but that was my experience. Other than the unnecessarily long wait we had in the morning, the lady at counter 3 was nice, helpful, and quick!
