I've been going to this Dollar General for over 10 years and they always have really nice staff. It's easy to find everything I need, and if it isn't there's someone willing to help.

They system always down and they close a hour early they need to shut down at this point .

On January 12th my son went shopping at the dollar general on 3006 Gallatin Pike, Nashville,TN 37216 and he left his wallet on the counter. When he realized that he left his wallet he returned to the store to retrieve it but, the manager David said they didn’t find any wallet but he would contact the employee at the register that night(Jordan) My son called the police to report the incident because he knows he left the wallet there and he had $600 in his wallet. My son went back to the store the next day to talk with the manager David about his missing wallet and money asking him to please help him. David was able to show my son the footage of the night he had left his wallet on the counter and they in fact, saw that he had left his wallet on the counter and noticed that Jordan, the employee had put it aside.My son is 18 years old working to save up money which is why i am so upset about this. David told my son he would contact him once he got a hold of Jordan. So he calls him the following morning and lets him know that Jordan had taken the wallet home and had returned it back to him so he could come in the store and pick it up. To my son’s surprise his money was gone and noone knew anything about it. So at this point David THE MANAGER and person in charge of this place knew his employee took my son’s wallet home with him and TOOK my son’s money and did absolutely nothing about it. There’s still a police report on this incident so hopefully whoever was responsible of taking my son’s money at this location is held accountable by the law since the company employing them isn’t.
It’s sad that a company like this doesn’t operate with integrity or does it hold it’s workers accountable for dishonest behavior.

First time visiting this location and I was impressed!! I needed a propane exchange and a few other items. By the time I got the other few things I needed the store cashier had already gotten my propane tank exchanged and ready for me. The entire store visit was 5 minutes from the start to finish!! Store personnel were very friendly, respectful, and helpful!! Absolutely the best Dollar General I've ever visited!!! Thank you

This business has no respect for our neighborhood. They literally throw their trash in their parking lot.

Store was closed at 6pm on a Friday when it was supposed to be open. I saw other people also try the door and walk away. There was no sign to indicate the store was closed either. Don’t trust the hours posted!
