Who ever running this dollar general needs to be replaced showed up 20 minutes late and still wasn’t prepared to open. Dang so the following day I’m assigned the store for a product survey and the manager refused to let me do the survey! She didn’t allow me to fill out the survey inside the store called the police with false allegations she said I was refusing to leave the store when I was just explaining to the app why I couldn’t do the survey. The manager is unprofessional and has a bad attitude! She needs to be replaced immediately. I was there to complete a survey but she insulted my character by calling the police as if I was trespassing! Bullshit I was just doing a survey! I will not shop here until they have new employees and managers!

Today just 30 minutes ago I question a price that was wrong up on an item it appeared to me that it had been rung up twice I told the cashier it appears that this has been wrong up twice I also told her it may have been a mistake the head manager with the orange hair looked at it and said no the price is correct which was not the price on the shelf I proceeded to say that's not the price on the shelf she stated to me a 70-year-old woman you just told a damn lie. I asked her how did I lie I told her it was $3 on the shelf but you said she rang it up twice that's a damn lie I asked her where did she get off call a grown woman a damn lie she said well that's what you did I proceeded to ask for my money back she instructed me that I would have to go to the very end of the line when that when she was standing at a free cash register and could have given me my money back I proceeded to ask tell her just give me my s*** and let me go she told me no you just got to wait that store needs to be closed or get new management because I am informing everybody I know not to go there.

I go here often because it is a bigger location. But today gave me more than enough reason to not return. A young black girl with bright orange hair was the cashier. She was talking to another lady that didn't work there all while she was ringing me up. I had my 2 yr old with me and she was busy picking up every piece of candy while we were checking out. So I was a little preoccupied. When the orange hair girl was done checking me out she immediately got on her phone I proceeded to leave. I get all the way home and I missing a whole bag of items. I go back and the orange haired girl is outside talking to a heavy set black guy. She goes into the store as I'm walking in I asked her if I left a bag and she said yes and proceeded to get the bag. As she's getting the bag she starts laughing. I'm looking at her like what's funny. She gives me my bag and I proceed to leave and then I hear here cackling really loud as I'm leaving. Still not sure what was funny but what I do know is it's beyond unprofessional. I will be reaching out to corporate. Dollar general is trash unless you go to the more suburban areas. But the ones in the hood are absolutely horrible. They need to replace the people that obviously don't adhere to a good work ethic. Your at work so do what you're paid to do. I won't be going back.

Had an emergency with my sister and had to cashapp $ asap so I fly there with 14 minutes to spair at 8:46 (open til 9) and door already locked with girl sitting in the chair inside saying they were closed really disapppinted

I love the Dollar Store they have pretty much everything you need and want it's also at a fairly good price but most of them are short staffed so it's hard getting all the inventory put up so there's usually stuff in the isle
