Came into get some paper plates and bowls. The price said Dixie Plates and Bowls 2 for 5$ when I go to get rang up, he charged me 4 something for each one. I told him it said 2 for five and he acted like he didn't even care. So I told him I didn't want it because they didn't even offer to go look that I wasn't lying. He tossed my bag on the floor. That's horrible customer service. Hire better people. Went down the street and got them cheaper anyways.

I purchased 2 six pack of Diet Pepsi. Both packs had a expiration date of January 23, 2023 and here it is June 7, 2023 and they were on the shelves!!. Customer Service (Corporate) giving me the run around but they haven't heard the last of me!!

If i could put zero stars i would.Terrible experience and awful “customer service”Items i purchased were rang up incorrectly as marked on shelf $2.00 each item, then came up $2.65 and $4.25 while the shelf is clearly marked 2.00 and there’s an entire shelf of them so it’s not as if they were misplaced.The guy working tonight has no training in how to do a return—- unacceptable. !!! Now i have to come back when a manager is here ???? That’s Inconvenient to me !!!Even TARGET doesn’t require a manager to do a return.TRAIN THE PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE ! !!I came here to avoid Walmart and got a worse experience.Dollar General needs to do better if they want to keep customers !!!

The Dollar General On Dickerson Pike, Pretty much Stays Stocked Up On All Items. Items Are Arranged Well Throughout The Store, N Personnel Is Very Knowledgeable Of Where To Fine What Your Looking For.

Today I went to the store and it was 8:45pm on the weekends and they were closed this is not the first time this has happened everytime I go to to this store they are always closing up early I've been to this store at 6:00pm and they have been closed I will be going to another store this is ridiculous this happens every week need new management

This store is actually has gotten better and the shelves are very well stocked and they don't have a lot of floor clutter.The parking lot has a huge hole in it and you need to avoid it.Great job Dollar
