Store doesn’t close till 10 but have yet to see them open past 8. Went there today at 7:35 and the doors were locked and not a soul in sight. Very convenient

Nice store and people. Sometins a little crowded when restocking but that makes the visit all the more interesting.

An older lady employee was a complete karen to me for coming in 10 minutes before close. She had a lot of attitude as soon as I walked in and told me and the person i was with we had 2 minutes and to get out. While we were in there she was yelling at other people kicking them out of the store for shopping because “ive been here all day”. The employees are going to make this place have to shut down.

The first 3 reviews say exactly what I came to say. This older lady who I'm going to call Karen, has a nasty attitude for a store manager. I'm guessing she has a problem with couponers who scan with the app that DG provides. Following me trying to see what I have in my basket, always loud when I come to the register. Maybe pay more attention to why so many items have the wrong price tags. Today would have been a good day to be a mystery shopper at this store. It's clear that the district manager are not holding these stores accountable for their attitudes and the way these stores are looking. I'm on my last straw with DG because I refuse to patron a place where customer service is bad majority of the time.

Lady cashier couldn't count how much was owed. Didn't give change back just over all attitude bad. Not going back lost a customer telling everyone I know stay away.

The layout of the store is better. The employees are over the top with their rudeness. One older black lady and the other taller heavy set black lady are killing this store. The older one is tolerable in the least but that younger one is a disgrace and has the nastiest attitude. The tall thin white guy just goes along with whatever. I won't go back until they're gone.

03/15/23 I went in to get 2-3 items and the cashier was acting weird the entire time. Then before he rang my stuff up he literally ran to the bathroom sniffed WHATEVER he sniffed then came out rubbing his nose over and over. Looking like an entire junkie. Dollar General do better. This was so irritating and definitely unsafe.

This place is a hot mess. There are tripping hazards everywhere. The employees just leave new product on racks in the aisles. Some aisles are blocked by them. Nothing is organized. Plus, the employees are rude and in a bad mood because they’re so understaffed. The self checkout was closed because, as the cashier said, some people like to steal at it.

Horrible service with new cashier- black lady! 2 times i stop by and gone in to get my stuff and at checkout she tells me they only take cards when there was never a sign up and she never said anything before I start shopping. My husband today 11/16/2022 had the same experience with the same lady, had a bad attitude with him although he doesn’t speak well English he understood her and once again she didn’t have a sign nor told him before shopping that they wasn’t taking cash. Hopefully that employee that works there can have a better attitude and show passion where she works and not scaring of customers with her attitude.
