Dirty, cluttered. Sign on restroom says ask associate for key, I ask the associate and they tell me they don’t have a public restroom. Decided not to get anything after that

My experience: This store location is the most unprofessional location I’ve ever visited. The assistant store manager Terrence B told me and other customers as we were entering the store that we would have to wait before he can assist us because he is taking a 10 minute smoke break. I proceeded to shop and after shopping I went to checkout. After waiting Terrence B shows up to the cash register. After ringing up all my items he gave me the total and I asked him if I had any discounts. I had clipped digital coupons before coming to the store and also entered my number as Terrence was ringing up items. Terrence responded by saying nothing was on the screen. I said it should be something because I clipped my coupons on the app. He responded by saying “look I can’t do anything about that if it’s not showing up then it’s not showing up”. I said well I should have discounts and asked if anyone else can assist. He responded by telling me nope. I can call the manager. I noticed another store associate in the store and asked if he could come to the register to help. Terrence interjected and told me “he’s not going to help you because I’m the assistant manager and I’m over him”. So I asked well why won’t he at least try to resolve the issue. He told me he had been working 8 hours with no breaks all day (which he literally was outside smoking cigarettes when I came in). I told him I understood what he means & I’m sorry for that but that shouldn’t reflect on the customers. That’s when he began to tell me he didn’t care and that there’s nothing he can do to help me. So then after about 8 to 10 minutes of debating with him over the discounts he finally turns the monitor around to show me that a discount was applied. I replied that’s all I wanted to know from the beginning. Then he began to belittle saying to me that I would’ve seen it on the receipt after my purchase and telling me I couldn’t read. He also tells me that if it were him he wouldn’t care about a discount and asked if I would pay. I told him yeah I don’t mind paying I just wanted my discount and now it shows. Then he continues telling me how I’m less of a man for wanting to use a coupon and being so adamant about using it. I told him that he was being nasty and mean as an assistant manager and this could’ve been resolved moments ago when I first asked. He then tells me he is refusing my service “now what”. That lead to a continuation of the argument. He began to tell me how he had a cousin who was gay too that likes to argue like me to which I asked if he was being discriminative. He told me to get out the store and I said I didn’t do anything and he said he was calling the cops on me. I said fine I’ll wait. Then he tells me that he would “do something to me”. He began cussing at me and talking about my image. He also told other customers in the store that he would not service them because he just had an argument with me. He told them the store was closed. It was a little after 8:30 pm and the store didn’t close until 10:00 pm. Terrence B is a poor reflection of Dollar General in my opinion and should not be representing the company. I ended up going to another location to shop. Please hire more professional employees! I heard from other customers that this tore has a reputation of having rude employees. I have never been treated like this ever at any Dollar General location!

Staff has been friendly since I moved to the area 5 years ago. Prices are great as you’d expect with any DG, but this one has always been particularly well run in terms of minimal rolltainers/totes in the aisles and helpful service. Also, it just reopened in the past week from a total remodel, and the inside of the store looks great! I could be wrong, but I think the remodel also increased the refrigerated/frozen goods capacity, not just the layout.

Didn't have a lot of things, but this location is one of the cleaner stores around. Some are filthy this was is well kept. The cashier was friendly also.

My friend and I stopped in to pick up a few things. The cashier was Sooooo RUDE. Most Dollar General stores I shop at the employees are fine. I will never shop at that store again.

The worst customer service you can imagine. I am very well aware of worker shortage around the country so please don't respond to me only to tell me. I am also an employee but I certainly don't go to work with an attitude.

It is scary to get around the store, I live around the area and the store is very close to my house but I do not feel safe when homeless people keep harassing me to beg for money, there is weird lady and a man camping at the store where I see other man going inside the tent.... very sketchy..... The store is awesome, but they should not allow it.....
