Outstanding Service from Assistant Manager Mimi
I visited the Dollar General on Lebanon Pike today for a quick shopping trip—though like many of us, I ended up leaving with much more than I came in for! As I waited in a surprisingly long line that stretched down the feminine products aisle, I looked toward the front to see what was causing the delay. To my surprise, there was only one young woman working—Mimi, the assistant manager.
Despite being alone, Mimi handled every customer with kindness, patience, and grace. She was incredibly efficient, moving between two registers and helping everyone as quickly and smoothly as possible. Her focus and energy were impressive, and even under pressure, she kept a warm, welcoming attitude. When I told her she was doing a great job, she gave me the kindest smile.
Mimi truly went above and beyond today, and I wanted to show my appreciation by writing this review. She took great care of all of us in line, and now it’s my turn to take care of her—by making sure her hard work is recognized. Dollar General is lucky to have her!

This store has always look so unorganized and trashy. No customer service . Bryce and john were very rude, i needed a receipt and they refused to give me oneof i felt was mover charged on somethi.

I went in here today and had the most awful experience ever ! The cashier upfront with blonde hair and face piercings was so rude ! She pulled a taser out and my kids were with me ! I can’t wait to report her ! They may even get sued because this is not okay !!!! From the looks of the comments I know it definitely isn’t me ! It’s her ! It’s the store and something will be done.

I came here to buy something and was told by the rude lady upfront, I’m not allowed to have my bag with me. I told her that my wallet is inside it and I don’t want my stuff getting stolen.

Poor quality service from the cashier with the blonde hair she speaks fast she over rings items she smokes pushes customers around and she's very disrespectful basically she hates her job and she looks like she's stealing from the company

I'm standing in front of this Dollar General location at 8:55 am but the doors are locked and lights are off. Front door has a sign indicating hours of 8am-9pm M-F.

This location is usually very unorganized and filthy. I never intended on returning however it was a spare of the moment situation. Today I was very surprised that I was greeted as I came in and the Cashier was very polite. She said she had been working hard on cleaning up the store and getting things in order. I could actually walk into the store without squeezing through boxes or tripping over misplaced items. The floors even looked more clean. It's not all the way in order but it looks way better.

I got out of my car and immediately noticed all of the trash on the ground around the entrance, and a worker was sitting on top of a stack of chairs smoking a cigarette blowing smoke into the path of the entrance. I opened the door and immediately saw lots of boxes and carts blocking aisles, and filth was everywhere. The front entrance was absolutely disgusting. Out of curiosity I walked through because I could not believe my eyes and every single aisle and every single corner was filth filth filth and junk and stacks and boxes and places you could not even walk through. Dollar General corporation should be ashamed to have a store like this carry its name. Look at the photos. I could've taken a lot more but I wanted to get out of that disgusting place and never go back.
