Go to the Dollar General on Myatt Drive or the one in Rivergate by Home Depot because this location is a hot mess eight out of 10 times that I've been here. I have witnessed staff cussing each other out in front of customers over no change in the register and the manager refusing to get change for the register and the pricing is never correct. You'll have a ton of stuff marked as clearance but without a price tag or a price may have gone up on something, like cat food going from $4.85 to $5.50, and they won't change the tag and it'll stay that way for months and months or like what I just ran into where I just needed to eat something to bring my sugar level up so I ran inside to grab candy from the dollar racks and I got two items that both came to $4 and I asked if they weren't a dollar and was told that one of the items was $2.50 and then once I got in the car I realized that that still didn't add up right and found that the other item was a dollar 25 and what I went inside to verify because maybe I made a mistake and I didn't read the sign properly and I saw that they had a ton of merchandise crammed on pegs in the dollar section with a dollar clearly marked and no one bothered to merchandise it correctly and they already have lawsuits against Dollar General for this exact type of thing. And I get that I may have to run into that at other Dollar Generals but the difference is the stop at this location aren't exactly the warm and fuzzy kind.

Why are all the lights on in the store at 5pm on a Saturday but the doors to the store are locked? No employees in sight....why? Very bad business

Every time I come to this store they're closed. It's 4:00 p.m. Central standard Time in the afternoon and there is a sign that says clothes for 30 minutes. This is unacceptable. I live on this side of Gallatin road this location makes it easy for me to shop. Avoiding me from taking my business across the street to Dollar tree or Walgreens or anywhere else that I choose. Please get some employees that can keep this location running at the posted scheduled time that's on the door.

worst run store ever. always out of items, and never enough help. waited at counter numerous times while help was over to the side on phones. closes early , waste of time to drive there.

Have shopped at and enjoyed your store in oppelo, Arkansas since its opening. We're a very small little area about six miles from town. Tho understaffed, the employees have always been courteous and obliging. Until the makeover which is very tidy and inviting. Don't know the managers name but has always very pleasant and helpful, as have the others. I ⁰,went in today and except for one young man I'll describe as tattooed because l don't know his name who has always been accommodating, the other two were very short spoken. They are there not there to do us a favor. We are on a busy hiway and as l'm sure you know bring in enough business to your store to make it worth your time and effort. So while we may be unknown by name we do drive and can make it the six miles. Just don't allow your new employees to assume we're just country bumpkins and won't know the difference. Small area yes but still appreciate common courtesy. SINCERELY. Sandra Waller.

I live in Gallatin and work a block from this location. Although there are several DG stores between home and work i prefer this one to shop at. These reason is due to the awesome customer service i receive from the manager. She is not only fast and very efficient..she is also so kind and has a smile for everyone. Thank you for the great customer service
