They always lock their doors 20 minutes before 9pm.
Today I tried to go in around 8:38 and the doors were locked.

I often find myself visiting this store after the one on Dickerson Rd as it is usually CLOSED for unknown reasons during business hours listed on front door. Compared to that location, this store is better stocked, open during business hours listed, and I’m usually able to find what I need.
However, the customer service at this location leaves much to be desired. During my most recent visit, I was checked out by an older lady whose attitude was completely inappropriate for someone working with the public.
Typically, the cashiers here are friendly and engage with customers, but this particular employee made no effort to do so. It’s the holiday season, and I made a point to thank her multiple times for checking me out. Unfortunately, she didn’t respond. I even repeated my thanks loudly before leaving, but still, there was no acknowledgment.
Customer service is an essential part of the shopping experience, especially during this busy time of year. Interactions like this make me hesitant to return, even though the store is well-stocked.

Employees are nice. Pretty good selection of merchandise but the parking lot is filthy. The trash needs to be picked up.

We went into the Dollar Tree and we was the only 2 that was asked to be searched. When there was other people in the store.

This store is never stocked. Every time I decide to try this location, I come out empty handed. The shelf’s are pretty much always empty. Just take the extra time and drive to the one on Dickerson pike.

I was just in the store 5 minutes and went to check out. The cashier lady was so slow and the line was getting back up. Then the people in front of me decided to get a reloadable card and had to wait on the manager. I couldn't purchase my 2 items due to being on a lunch break and having to wait on a store manager to check these people out. You would think that the lady could have gotten on another register or another one of the managers could have gotten on a register. Simply pathetic.

TH FOOD FREEZERS AND COOLERS ALWAYS EMPTY, MOST OF THE TIME HARD TO FIND THINGS. LOOKS LIKE NOBODY EVER STOCKING THE PLACE. I HAD NEVER SEEN STOCKERS I ONLY SEE CASHIERS TIME TO TIME, SORRY IF CAN NOT RUN THE BUSINESS!!IT IS BETTER OFF CLOSED, SAVE US GAS AND HEADAHE.THANKS.

The dollar tree ? or should I say 1.25 tree ? is pretty good for what it is. The manager and employees are always nice and friendly. Would give 5 ? but corporate needs to send them more help to get everything out.
