The young lady that was checking me out was eating some sort of meat sausage. She never greeted me but just kept ringing me out with on hand and kept feeding herself with the other. I asked her if her food was good. She laughed and put it down. As I left I asked the other employee who was the manager, he smiled and informed me he was. I told him about her eating and he just said "She won't listen to me." Great job!!!

Very rude customer service. Obviously it's the season for Christmasand all the christmas stuff was closed off. One of the cashiers yelled across the store to let me know the area was closed off. Clearly, I was looking at merchandise that was on the wall. She then proceeded to tell again. This store was so disorganized and filthy with boxes all over the place. Not just the christmas isle but the entire store. I can see that the rudeness represents the unit. I do not recommend this location at all.

You need to put your employees in check.
You had two workers in there tonight it was close to 8 pm when all this went down.
and the lady manager got on the mic and said we closing in 2 minutes. Me and 1 guy left in the store.
So 2 minutes after that I come up to the register to check out...she was rude.
Said the guy was counting his drawer down.
An she was closed
She said she got to work to get paid.
I left the stuff in the cart and walked out.
How do you count the drawers down when there are customers in the store?
I could've beat them both senseless and took that "drawer"

It is profoundly disheartening to witness a scenario wherein upon entering an establishment, the manager is heard lamenting and using profanity in reference to her superior. This sentiment is compounded when subsequently observing said manager displaying discourtesy towards an elderly patron. The patron, merely inquiring about an available service line, is met with a disdainful glance and a curt response redirecting her, despite her recent entrance into the store. Furthermore, the manager proceeds to prioritize attending to a younger customer who was waiting nearby, thereby blatantly disregarding the elderly patron whom she had previously dismissed.
"It is said that great customer service in retail is not just about making a sale, but about creating a lasting impression and fostering meaningful connections."

they lost our stuff today and they were very rude and unprofessional and irresponsible and there little "policy" that they have is unnecessary they can check bags when they leave stores not keep it with them to the point it gets stolen or lost and the fact that they disrespected someone who doesn't speak english and have children who are disable and rushing us to get out the store when the kids cant walk like the rest of us walk is crazy and they have no shame.

Apparently, customer service is not a part of the employee training at this store. Had the most disgusting interaction yesterday. Instead of using her words, a girl communicated to me in half grunts. 2-3 words sentences only plus the ghetto attitude. She then proceeded to refuse to ring me up when i told her she didn't need to speak to me that way. Wow, the power some people need. It's ok. I do customer service too, so I just called her district manager's boss. Boom, I win. Mike drop!

Welcome to the worst Dollar Tree location in all of Nashville where you're sure to save a ton of money, only because they're never open! Why have an 8pm close time when you can shut the store down at 6 or 7 right as people are coming home from work? The employees are walking around inside the store on their phones, the lights are on, but nobody gets to shop. This is the 5th time I've tried to come here, each time a new sign on the window that reads 'on break', or 'closed early' or some other excuse as to why they aren't open. Is it a front for some illegal operation? Are the employees skimming? I have no idea, all I know is I've never been able to walk into this store before.
