Worst dollar tree ever! The personal are crazy . They have no respect for the customers. The cashier Ken talks about customers as they leave until she gave my bag to the previous customer and has the guts to tell me to run behind the customer to get bag. I refused and asked my items since I already paid for them or my money back. She refused . I asked for a manager or I will call the police , the manager came with a guy and handled the situation worst than the cashier Ken. . They do not deserve to serve people. I will never go back there. Beware. These people will lie on your face coz they have big mouth. When you go there make sure you have your phone ready to record everything

A complete mess. Items strewn everywhere and whole store is messy. Boxes not unpacked. Need more workers. I suggest they shut the store down for a week to get it cleaned up and reorganized so it doesn't feel like a junk yard when you walk in :/

This is the most organized Dollar Tree I have seen in a while! It made it so much easier to go in there and find things. The staff is friendly too.

The shelves was empty because am guessing motherday, am not worry about that they had what I wanted But The cashier Flo. was just horrible she was not paying in attention to the customer and a older white lady was sitting on her phone am assuming to be the manager she did nothing about it! She never does, this always happened But this Sweet young lady with curly hair I think her name was layora had help check us out even though she had just came in and every time I com in flo is always saying something slick she the worst cashier ever and Her older white lady manager is just nasty I be happy when I get layora she dont smile all the time but she isn't rude or nasty she very helpful and take her time with me and very sweet although I wish she smile more but when does she look sweet! ,And this red hair girl is amazing also she help cashier ,and she was helpful the other day and, she don't get mad when you ask her where something at she giving someone a hand I wish the other cashier can learn from these two!
Y'all. Really need do better and get better people am tired of flo attitude every time I come in or it others cashier that giving you mean attitude or not speaking!
P.S She smoke in front of the building very unprofessional! DO BETTER DOLLAR TREE!

DOLLAR TREE COOPARATE , please pay attention to your customer reviews!!! or is it that yal simply dont care???????????
This store needs some serious attention/help.
Today's visit was by far the worst I had at this store. I watched a Customer stand in line while three employees did check her out, the one at the register just simply. disregard the fact that the Customer was standing there she just blatantly kept doing what she was doing, the other employee just walked around and the third stood back and she was unloading trucks, I wished was making this up but sadly no it true. This the result of not caring, not caring about your brand, not caring enough to invest in training your employees probably and definitely not caring about the customers you service in this community, I seriously doubt this happens in other parts of town and looking at all the previous one star reviews its obvious that this issue has been ignored for a very long time. So I ask DOLLAR TREE CORP OFFICE just ad others have before will you please give this store the attention it so desperately needs. Thumbs Down!

Worst store ever !!!!!! All the employees always act like their working at a high end store always complain about customers having too many things at checkout. Specifically an older lady threw my things in a bag and heavy handed me my change never coming here again.

I just left this location. The cashier was nice and courteous to the lady before me, then again they were carrying on a conversation so I can only assume they knew each other, as soon as I walked up and got ready to check out the cashier became irritated. Sighed loudly and said "Damn, when am I going to get a break?"Your location and understaffing has nothing to do with me. I 100% did not deserve this especially since I greeted her with a smile. First and last time here.

Employees were very rude. Cursing in front of customers and I was never greeted only rang me up as they talked rudely about another employee. Probably won't be back to this one.

You know, I love shopping at dollar tree. Can't beat $1.25, however this location is absolutely horrendous. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Just go and see for yourself.. needs new management URGENTLY.

horrible. old lady who works here is extremely miserable and rude and picks and chooses who she helps. doesn’t help they kind of just pick and choose when to open and close the store, not how a business works at all.
