The service was great.. until I got delivery after 1 1/2 hour... cold not done... called back, I was told that is how the deep dish is cook.. ??? I asked to speak with the manager... needless to say, I am still waiting ....

Do not order delivery from this location. Please, just save yourself the hassle and disappointment.Consistent issues over years receiving food to a downtown residence. I’ve tried many times to no avail and for some reason tried again, but no, the order was “delivered,” but when you call they have no idea what’s going on.

I picked up my pizza at 10:15 pm and was alarmed to see that not one was wearing gloves. Both the man and the woman handling the toppings were using their bare hands, and even the cashier was handing food and the register without gloves . The overall hygiene was so concerning fearing the fact of food poisoning, I decided to discard the pizza. I couldn’t help but to think do these people dig in the noses while handling food?? Do they wash their hands after they use the bathroom. They give me nasty work energy Ugh ?

This place is the best! Pizza is always hot and ready to be picked up. The team is always friendly and quick with the e orders.Parking: A lot of places in Nashville charge for parking and they do not here. It’s free for customers.

I called in to make an order. The automatic system asked for my address and told me current specials. I chose the 2 medium 3toppings special. When the system wasn’t able to under my Alfredo sauce request I chose to just make the order with a person. The man took my order and offered me the same special then charged my card. The last thing he asked was my address. When I told him my address he said they could not deliver to the area even though it’s about 8mins away. He said I could only pick up or cancel. I was unable to pick up do to me doing home aid care for my granddad with dementia. I asked how long it would take for the money to be returned if he had to cancel and I was informed it was 2-3 business days. That wasn’t okay for me since I had only so much funds. I asked for a manger and was hung up on. I called back and asked for a manager I let him know I would have to leave my client but I was I for the order was already cancelled. I asked to be able to still get the food since I didn’t approve the cancellation. He agreed. He said he was unable to see cancelled orders so I had to reorder. When I told him what I had order he told me the deal that I was original told was available actually did not exist and that the automated system is wrong even though when I spoke to a human he found the same coupon. I was very frustrated at this point but I don’t not cuss or scream I did however sound displeased. The manager decided that Bebe did not like my tone of voice that he would no longer honor his agreement or serve me the food then hung up on my face. I’m now making a formal corporate complaint and I feel this was very racially motivated as I am a black woman and if our tone is not always pleasant even while being mistreated we must accept any form of disrespect and poor customer service and to be okay with being gaslit by white men especially ones in higher positions who feel we are not worth the conversation. I have shopped many time with this same location and have never been treated this poorly by any member on the team accept the manger on duty on 1/12/2024 the afternoon shift. I will never shop there again and I would say that anyone who wants to be treated fairly should choose another location as well.

I placed an order for 8 boxes of pizza at 10:52 am for a 12 pm delivery time. I get an alert at 11:30 am that my order was being prep. Around 12:15, the tracking is on Quality Check and remains that way until 12:40ish. I left work and go there instead, and then was told my order left. I meet the delivery person when I arrived back at work and only 6 pizzas were delivered. I called and told the manager and she told me that the delivery person is on his way back to the store to pick up the pizzas (this sounds like the pizzas were MADE and left). That was a 1:18pm. Still no arrival of the 2 pizzas so I called back at 1:48, a man picked up and left me on hold. I hung up and called again at 1:58 and the manager tells me the delivery person's tires blew out. (I wasn't mad at that, but I could have at least been informed). She said will make 2 pizzas and offered a free order for the next time and I told her no. Our office is closing at 3 and by the time all of that happens, we'll be out of the office. Just refund me please and they said no....this story is much longer so I'll leave it at that. DON'T ORDER FROM HERE.
