We have had issues several times with this location. The last time I paid for extra sauce for our cheese bread and got none. We got the completely wrong order once, which we didn’t discover until we got home. When I called I didn’t get an apology or credit for their mistake. They acted like it was an inconvenience for them that I wanted the correct food.

If I could give less than 0 i would have. I have placed an order for delivery and it was cooked and ready to deliver. They cancelled it saying it is outside their delivery zone. It was ridiculous because i ordered here several times and they did deliver for more than a year now. Neither the online app stopped me nor the store called me before taking/making the order. They waited till pizza was made and wasted our time. The guy who answered the phone was rude and unprofessional and was repeating the same thing in a rude way and saying he doesn’t know how they delivered to my home in the past. Done with this store.

Ordered two thin pizzas. Not thin and dry and burned, which is what we got. Even the kids wouldn't eat it. It was like a cracker with no flavor. Tossed both into the trash. LESSON: Look in the box before you pay!

They delivered to the wrong house said it was my fault when I ordered on same app as always(never wrong before) Manager hung up on me. Terrible customer service!!!! Terrible!

Had a bad experience. Then the regional manager calls me and said I would be getting 2 credits put on my account. They have yet to be put on. In store the guys and girl have always been nice and polite though.

Very unprofessional & bad at communication. They accepted my order, & cancelled it 1 hour after it was placed. You provide all your information to be contacted but they cancel orders with out reaching out ! Please keep your customers in mind when making decisions on their orders !

I ordered my food on app 11/4/22 I sent my boyfriend to pay for it and pick it up but he needed to enter a zip code before swiping my card but he didn’t know what was the zip of the card so he told the manager he would be right back and 15 mins later he went back our food was still sitting on the counter so it was cold when he arrived home and we only live 6 mins away ! So no reason my food should’ve been cold. Also when he did arrived back at the store he was told they canceled my order after he told them he would be back. My card was charged 3 times and when I went to ask about it the manager lied and said my boyfriend swiped my card multiple times but he only swiped once. I tried getting in touch with corporate but the robot on the phone is no help. I literally lost 80$ after paying 40$ for 2 cold pizzas and wings

I ordered thru the app after 40 minutes of no update I called and was told they could not give me a time my order would be delivered. Then they canceled my order instead of even trying give an idea of wait time.

Manager at the location was so condescending for no reason. If a customer is not being difficult, why such poor attitude! Yes, I get that jobs have difficult days. Still, that's not an excuse for disrespect.

I ordered my pizza and 45 minutes later it was ready according to the tracker and it took over two hours for them to deliver the pizza to me. When I called they informed me that they only had one delivery person working that night which they did not tell me when I ordered the pizza. I would have been more than happy to do carry out if they had communicated effectively. In the end it took three hours before they actually got the pizza to us. I can confirm that they were three hours old when they showed up to my house. Wow, I am so disappointed with Domino’s in Brentwood. The time before the sun never showed up. I tried him a second time due to a great deal that was advertised online. I will never try them again.
