I hadn't worn my wedding ring in over a year because it didn't fit after 20+ years since the original sizing. Donelson Jewelry assured me my ring wouldn't leave the building and returned it in 2 business days. They re-sized and cleaned my ring and gave me great joy by allowing me to wear it daily again.
