had a stressful situation on my hands, and the ladies at EZ Pawn made everything so much easier to deal with. They were patient, kind, and really worked with me to get as close as possible to my goal. Their professionalism and understanding truly made a difference. I used to be a big fan before I became financially educated. These places prey on poor or desperate people. All of the pawn shops do tbh. It was great deals back 2018 through 2020. I took my sons to 2 different EZ PAWNS yesterday. The shoes OMG used shoes severely overpriced. Rude and arrogant employees. They find the lowest EBAY price and give 30%. A lot of fakes in shoes. The bags and jewelry are legit but overpriced. I feel sorry for poor financially illiterate people. Bad choice to get money or buy just not for my family anymore you know better you do better.

I have always had good dealings with these workers they are thorough and patient and do their jobs to the fullest and they are fair on the amount they give you on your products that you are trying to sell or pawn. I have come in with jewelry and asked for one price and they have actually offered me more cuz what I had was actually worth more. I have also had one dealing with an old worker that said my chain was t real but I turned right around and sent some else in with it and they gave it to another worker and it was real and they took care of me actually it was the owners and they corrected it and took care of the worker and her mess up. Like I said they are very patient and thorough and professional. I do all my pawn business here with all types of products from jewelry to electronics to purses shoes etc never have I had any real.complaits.

Very tuff pawn shop, I got very good Bluetooth earbuds here and still use them, they were very good and very cheap, the case even shows the time it is once connected to the phone. I’ve come here a couple times before, it’s nice just to look around too. It’s what you’d expect from a pawn shop. Anyway it has cool stuff, so 5 stars.

Terrible customer service. I selected several jewelry pieces and was given a price, but then an employee named Fabia came over, changed all the prices without explanation, and walked away—extremely rude and unprofessional. The store manager was also impatient and unhelpful. This location clearly lacks proper customer service training and courtesy. Other EZ Pawn shops are much more reasonable and willing to work with customers. This store needs new management.

WORST PAWN EVER!!! DISRESPECTFUL AND THEY GIVE YOU THE LOWEST PRICES ON A PAWN! 30$ FOR A BARELY USED MILWAUKEE COMBO I PAID 300$ A YEAR AGO AND BARELY USED GAS BATTERY CHARGER AND BATTERY .... THAT'S DISRESPECTFUL. THAN WE'RE EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISMISSIVE . HOPE THIS PLACE GOES OUT OF BUSINESS
