2 stars only for selection. Customer service was awful. Went there to buy and sell. The offers are too low and you may as well buy brand new with the prices they have. At least you will get a warranty buying brand new. I heard the man talking on the phone to a customer that had just bought a gaming system from them that didn’t work. It didn’t sound like the issue was going to get resolved. A word of advice .. Shop somewhere else.

Katy is just the absolute best! Honestly, I am a little late on my review due to constant obligations and having a mommy brain ( LOL ) However, she helped us very swiftly and even held great conversation with us as we waited for everything to wrap up. I have been to only two locations but this one is THE ONE! I would never look else where for fantastic buys! Ask for Katy if you find yourself there one day. I will give the whole team 10x worth of stars!

If zero star were possible I would give them that. Haden has the worst customer service with attitude which is upheld by store manager. Tom (GM) people like this should not be in the service industry and I suggest you look into her because I sure you will have more complaints.

Mrs Hayden is very nice and helpful whenever you are in the Murfreesboro pike location she does everything with perfection great leadership skills and customer service skills

To lazy to check a price for me i was there this weekend and saw something a friend liked the girl said you will just have to come here were to buisy im 30 miles away asked for the manager nope. 8/21 at 3:30

The location on Nolensville Road, one of the representatives, used to work for Cash America right off Cotton Lane she's the best . Now Easy Pawn has a STAR on board. I will return this place. Greet you as soon as you hit the door. If you are looking for a little bit of this or that Easy Pawn will have that item. Just FYI, Easy Pawn buys your household items, leathers, ..lol you're Nike items and other brands' names MK bags and the best of all Louis Vuitton Bags.
