These guys are so nice and they know what they are talking about! First, the bike is awesome, super fun to ride and feeling good about the exercise/environment angle. But also it was a totally reasonable price, they were so helpful getting everything set up and I couldn’t be happier. Thanks!!

Great customer service! I ordered a controller from them, and I specified the wrong OSF to be flashed. They reflashed it for free as long as I paid shipping. Definitely not their fault. Communication was helpful and prompt. If I need any more parts I will do business with them.
