Just bought a washer/dryer tower. The customer service is incredible. I didn’t have to follow up — they followed up with me. Ask for Kelly. And the installation team was professional and knowledgeable of the products as well. Definitely recommend

Paid 158.00 for a receiver on,eBay. They said 30 days only warranty..gave me another number they said same thing..was supposed to be a year,never again..the receiver started smoking..

I purchased an LG washer/dryer combo in January. I visited the store with little idea of brands. Janaya was extremely helpful and provided me with all the information I needed. After a couple of months of use, I’m so happy with the washer and dryer and am so thankful I had someone as well-informed as Janaya to help me select the right products for me.

Justin Cummings, the manager, truly went above and beyond and answered all my questions (I ask a LOT) He was friendly, patient, kind and helpful. We discovered (because he checked) that my malfunctioning appliance is still under EE warranty! I will 100% go back when I need appliances and I’d recommend to anyone as far as the customer service experience goes. The only thing that would improve the experience would be having the option for delivery of the new appliance by an in house delivery service , installation, and removal of the old appliance. They do use a reliable third party for delivery and installation but they do not remove. Mr. Cummings was beyond professional and a pleasure to work with.

The Electronic Express Outlet store is not the fanciest store you will find but employee I dealt with was very helpful. I was listening to the bookshelf speakers. They don't have a fancy display with multiple speakers you can switch from one to another with multiple recievers like some places. I wanted to compare the Polk MXT 15 to another speaker set so he manually hooked the other speakers to the same reciever and let me listen. That way I got a very direct comparison. He let me listen on my own with no pressure. I even hooked one of each to the left and right and turned them away from each other listening to one then the other.
They had the best price on the Polks, including Amazon, so I picked them up. I recommend Electronic Express

We had a great experience buying a washer and dryer, freezer, and refrigerator here. Ask for David. He is super knowledgable and can find you something that is in great shape at an amazing price. We also had to do an exchange and he was great with that too! You will be more than happy. Thanks to everyone there that helped us, especially David.
