Terrible terrible terrible supposed to have my refrigerator delivered between 7:00 a.m. till 10:00 a.m. call them at 11:00 a.m. they said that the truck had broke down and that they would be there between 5 and 6:00 p.m. no response call them back again at 6:30 p.m. they still haven't deliver my refrigerator they call me at 8:30pm tonight and said they would be there delivered my refrigerator they have poor customer service this is not fair

When we are rating an online commerce company what do we expect in 2023? You expect the inventory to match your order and you expect to be able to accurately track your delivery. I had issues with both of these so I can't rate them well. My first order which fit my desired delivery window was canceled because they didn't have anymore in stock. That one appeared to be planned for delivery with UPS which has accurate simple and timely delivery processes.I then ordered the next size up in the same model as a replacement since the first order was canceled several days after making the original order but this time they used a smaller freight company rather than a typical shipper. It makes issues. The systems don't sync well so delays in the shipper receiving the order generates cancelation notifications in the tracking system. With my history with this company this added to the confusion and I had to reach out to the seller to clear up the confusion. Mind you this entire time my card has holds for the amount of these TVs meaning I can't buy anything else from a different seller instead.The benefit of a smaller seller and smaller shipper should be their flexibility. The shipping company operates more flexible which should be a benefit but this seller doesn't so there's no benefits and only poor service from thenlimitations of small companies. The shipping company is open to accomodating customers but without the seller's cooperation their hands are tied. So I will be waiting 5 additional days (after a slow confusing delivery process compared to other competitors) to get my delivery which is in a nearby facility which the seller won't approve for me to pickup from the freight location after already being later than I originally planned since they canceled my first order due to their flawed inventory system and have a slower delivery time than the larger delivery companies.Their customer service has been very polite and responsive in my experience so my issues is more with their systems and policies. I chose this option because I already have NewEgg financing. In retrospect I should have just gotten the newer model from another retailer that would have delivered it cheaper within 2days of my original order without the drama...You probably should choose another option instead of using this seller. This seller falls short of modern e-commerce expectations.

I bought a Frigidaire side by side in December 2021 with extra 2 year warranty, my icemaker went out a month ago, a month ago I called the Decatur Al store to report it. They confirmed it was covered and they would have someone contact me in a couple days to secudule a time to come replace my icemaker. It’s been a month now , I’ve called 5 times just getting a run around now. Still have a no working icemaker. I would advise go somewhere else when you make a purchase. My advice is do NOT buy Frigidaire appliances or shop at electronic express. I have now contacted corporate for help, I will report my experience to you.

Took a mojo subwoofer back and received a in-store credit for the same amount I paid which was a 150 dollar discount. A kk th later they cancelled my my gift card and I have been give a run around now for 100 days. Now they are not accepting any of my calls and keep lying and saying that the general manager will call me to no avail.

I took back a mojo subwoofer and received a instore credit for the same discounted amount that I paid of 659.00 and a day later they canceled it on me and the issue has not been resolved, electronic express corporate has started ignoring my calls and I’m awaiting my response as we speak.

**SCAMMERS** Online Manager Lee & TL Chris rude unhelpful and talk over you. Worst co. I ever dealt with. Be cautious when ordering online. They make you pay to have something shipped back to them if you use Amazon pay. The online reps. give you false info. And they try they best not to refund you your money for a defective product & I had to pay $24.04 to ship the product back to them. Awful customer service. It's hard to find people that's willing to help you now a days or good cs.??

I purchased a top of the line Bosch dishwasher from Electronic Express. The initial delivery and installation totally was unprofessionally accomplished. I had to eventually contact the store manager Jose in the Murfreesboro store to get assistance for this machine that didn't work. He assured me that he would resolve my issue. He also asked me to write an in depth email to the corporate offices describing the difficulties I had been through. I told him that I didn't want to but he insisted saying that the corporate offices needed to hear of this problem. Apparently I offended people's feeling as I wrote the email in detail as requested. But they weren't sitting in my home at the time of installation, as a 76 year old, disabled veteran. I was initially concerned to complain about the poor service, because people get to angry today. You can never tell what reprisals might happen. Your home might be vandalized when no one is there. I could be personally attacked, etc. etc. Just watch the TV News channel every night. So when asked to put it in a complete picture I did.Now Electronic Express even after replacing the 1st machine with another and the 2nd doesn't work either, they won't take this dishwasher back so that I can get my money back. Approximately $1,900. My intentions were not to offend anyone, but to clearly address the whole story as asked. Apparently, Electronic Express has taken offense and decided to end this event on their terms. In essence you bought it, it doesn't work, we are not happy with you and now you own it.

One of my Amazon orders was shipped to this location for pick up. The order detail shows the item picked up however we did not pick it up. They were unwilling to work with me and had no evidence of who actually picked it up. Now I have to go through the credit card company to do an investigation.

We bought a complete kitchen appliance set from electronic express last November. When we bought it, we told the guy that the refrigerator would not fit because we had measured before we went to the store. He argued with us and insisted that it was standard size and assured us that it would fit. We finally agreed to purchase the kitchen set but we told him that if the refrigerator didn’t fit that we would be returning the entire kitchen set. Sure enough, when they delivered the appliances, the fridge did not fit, so we told them not to unload anything else and take it all back. We bought this with interest free financing from Synchrony bank and 10 months later we are still trying to get a refund.

My sister bought a new Whirlpool refrigerator on Aug 2nd, it quit working LAST weekend and she still does not have a replacement. What good is the product OR extended warranty if a family of six has to go a week (and counting) to get this fixed! We have bought several appliances at Electronic Express but will not be doing future business with you if this is how you treat your customers. The fridge stopped worked, leaked out water and has done over 10k damage to her wood flooring. Very disappointed in the lack of handling on this matter. I hope she contacts an attorney! Very disappointed!!Update - they have had to wait over a week and a 3 day weekend, 4 kids in the house and NO fridge. The Hermitage store has been very helpful, but the delivery service has been very RUDE, HATEFUL, ARGUMENTATIVE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Really Really bad. Bought a refrigerator in December of 21 had problems with it in January of 22. And this company will do nothing to solve the problem. And I mean zero. All they do is tell us to contact Boush. Which we did and that was a complete waste of time. I asked if this company if they would just replace it with a new on and let them deal with Boush. No we can't do that. We went to this Electronic Express in Cool Springs because we wanted to buy from a local company, even if we had to pay a bit more. What a HUGE mistake. If we had gone to Best Buy just across the street I am sure we would not be in this situation today.I will not even go into what a compete j*** the guy from Huff appliances was that Boush and EE recommended to fix the problem. Huff will not return phone calls from us after they sent a repairman to look at the problem. This has all around be the worst retail purchase experience of our lives. What we have now is a $4000 anchor in our kitchen. DO NOT do business with this company.

I bought a Osaki emperor 4d from the decatur, AL store around June 14, 2022. The foot massager broke off because it wasnt installed correctly and the zipper was broken. This happened aug 10, 2022. The problem was notified on aug 11, its now aug 26, and still no update on the parts need to fix the chair. I never post on websites but when you spend this much money on product, you would expect great service to get the problem taken care of.UPDATE: They came and fixed the chair 4 days after this post. I hope I don't have any more issues from it. Thankyou electronic express.

Took delivery of a refrigerator. It had some damage, we accepted it with the understanding that we would receive a credit. To date we only get "will get back to you ". Tired of calling them.

I’m over this company and the rudeness with their delivery agents. Glenn Wayland more specifically. On 7/11 I went to the store in Decatur, al and received the best customer service to where I purchased 4 appliances (refrigerator, microwave, stove, and dishwasher) the install was done on 7/14. I contacted the company on 7/18 informing them of the dishwasher not functioning. I was then scheduled for an appointment on 7/22. The morning of 7/22 I realized they hadn’t called nor text to confirm said appointment so I contacted them at 9:13 am 7/22 where the agent confirmed I had an afternoon appointment scheduled. After sitting home and waiting all day at 4:14 I received a text regarding an appointment for 7/23 which conflicts with my schedule. I called in to the corporate office and spoke with Glenn whom informed me they were unable to keep said appointment and showed no record of the appointment and informed me that the next available appointment would be 7/27. This will now make 13 days that I will have gone without being able to utilize my brand new appliance. Glenn offered No form of apology, no offer of anything for the inconvenience, and was completely argumentative. I’m very dissatisfied with the level of customer service I’ve received!
