Great store great location was acknowledged as soon as we came in the store. Also ask how they could help The sales associate was awesome. I told her my concerns and what I wanted in the appliance package for the kitchen and within five minutes, she showed me a complete whirlpool package. She was very knowledgeable about all the appliances. Got the complete package financed for 18 months. Also got a rebate we were in and out of the store with in 30 minutes. That was on June 1 by the 4th of June the appliance package was delivered. The delivery men who brought in the appliances were very competent and worked well together to get them put in, in a timely and safe manner so not to damage anything. The whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, The whirlpool convection/air fry oven, plus matching over the range microwave and last but not least the best dishwasher I’ve ever had the dishes come out squeaky, clean, looking polished. This was the best experience I’ve ever had buying appliances, electronic express on Old Hickory Blvd., Nashville, TN is awesome and Mary is the best sales associate.

Female associate wheeled my microwave out to may car. The box had a big rip in the side. I was worried about damage. She told me to take it home and if it was damaged bring it back. Why couldnt she check it then so I would not have to bring it back.
My last trip to this store.

Never buy from here. Bought a microwave from here they didn't have available in store. It was sent from warehouse. The wrong microwave came. They won't return to store they want me to pay $70 for a return label. So I'm stuck with the wrong microwave unless I pay out of pocket. Complete trash store. Avoid at all cost.

This is our 3rd purchase from the Hermitage EE. A washer/dryer, a dishwasher, and now a stove and refrigerator. Deonte was our sales associate. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. No high pressure, just there to answer questions when we needed him. He couldn't have been any nicer. Next stop a new TV.

I bought TV last month and when I got it home, it was defective. I took it back and got another one - no problem no hassle.These guys are great and I would definitely recommend this store. I have bought a few TV's and a Refrigerator and every time, I have had a great experience with them.Thanks.?

Terrible place to do business. I bought a 75" TV and needed a stand for it. The salesman recommended a "Universal" stand that supposedly fits up to an 85" TV. Short story is it didn't fit after spending an hour putting this thing together. No problem, I'll just return the $89 stand. The Manager wouldn't take it back because it is not in the box. It's put together! How would I know it didn't fit if it was not put together? He said I was trying to "screw" them. Yep, that's the word he used. I spend $1,329 in the store and he thinks I'm trying to screw him by bringing back a $89 stand that didn't fit?? What a piece of crap manager and store! I should have went to Best Buy but I thought I'd give a local business my $$. Never again. Electronics Express and the fat little Manager in Hermitage can rot in hell before I walk in one of their stores again.
