Really awful delivery service. 3 weeks late on a delivery, had to reschedule delivery 3 times, got no warnings any of the times the delivery was going to be pushed back. I had to call and follow up myself.

Just like everyone else here - held my item on their floor for weeks. Would not schedule a delivery time.
Almost a month later, we sat at home all day and waited on their 4 hour delivery window. Item never came. You cannot contact them, they do not have office hours that mirror their delivery hours.
