They never sent introductory details for how to access our car loan account but kept sending spammy emails about us skipping a $300 monthly payment for $25, even though we didn’t qualify for that offer. When I emailed them about this, I was told the emails would stop but they didn’t. The downtown location at NES is closed for lunch from 1-2pm but they definitely still aren’t ready at 2pm to open the doors, as several people were still waiting to get in past 2pm. The whole vibe is very antiquated and is a bit inconvenient when trying to pay our loan each month. I’d like to be able to pay with a card without a huge fee. The tellers seem nice, though. Update: I appreciate the efforts they’ve made in sending our account information with apologies.

We have had an account at this credit union for 35 years. All 5 of our children had accounts here and one of our daughters won the Enbright scholarship. However, we are closing our account because we were treated like total strangers. We wanted to deposit a cashiers check from our account at First Financial so we could write a check for a new truck. They insisted on holding the funds for 3 days and refused to call First Financial to verify the funds. They even refused to talk with First Financial if WE called them! The manager was very rude from the moment we walked in.I am happy to upgrade my previous review. Within 30 minutes of writing this review, Ron Smith contacted me and was VERY helpful. He found a shared branch for us in Huntsville and we were able to deposit the check and purchase our vehicle. He made everything right in a short amount of time! I am happy to be able to leave our account where we have been for so long!

I hope this review is seen by the Corporate Office. After opening an account with the Indian Lake branch I applied for an auto loan. After submitting all the documents requested and hard inquiries pulled on my credit report, they did nothing. The branch manager Jennifer was handling my request. After numerous phone calls which all went to voicemail and multiple email requests for a response not returned, it really left me disappointed in the whole process. Not only did the hard inquiry hurt my credit which was in good shape, the vehicle I was trying to purchase was sold. I can understand them being busy, but the lack of communication was at the lowest that I've ever encountered. I will be closing my account and will never do business with them again. I guess my business wasn't important to them.

I have been employed with Enbright Credit Union for over 7 months now and I have been in the Downtown branch for over a month. I can say without a doubt that this branch operates highly efficiently, accurately, and with a sincerely friendly, helpful, 'Member First' attitude throughout.As an employee, I love working with Chaquetta and with our AWESOME downtown members.As a member myself, I love how quick and easy it has been to finance what I've needed to (for MUCH lower rates than I had previously been paying) and improve my credit as a result. I couldn't have done it without Enbright, and I love being a part of the team here!

My husband and I recently purchased a new vehicle. While car shopping, a friend told us to go through a credit Union instead of a car dealership. We are so glad we took his advice. We ended up financing at the Enbright location in Donelson, TN. We could not have been more satisfied. Melissa Harvieux is who handled our loan. Her communication was outstanding and she really knows what she is doing! She by far exceeded our expectations and we feel she went above and beyond to make things run smoothly. Not only did we finance a vehicle, we also now have a savings account with Enbright. 10/10 would recommend using Enbright Credit Union! We will be using them in the future as well.

Do not EVER get a loan from Enright. They border on the level of mafia loan sharks with constant harassment of multiple phone calls and emails beginning the day after the payment due date. Since the pandemic their tactics have increased to the level of having attorneys send threatening letters, when the loan is current. I can only surmise that they are having financial difficulties due to the pandemic. RUN, DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS POOR EXCUSE OF A CREDIT UNION.

Disappointing service HIGH Fees and they use a sketchy insurance verification partner that will threaten to charge you absorbant sums of money if you aren't committed to sending them thet same proof of insurance 100 times. Also expect to write paper checks or get railed 9.99 to pay online. I hate the auto dealer for pairing me with this place I feel like I took out a payday loan. I am paying off my loan early to avoid the frustration of dealing with them. In all fairness, they may be great at taking deposits and running ATM machines but they suck A$$ for an auto loan. AVOID !!!!!!!

I LOVE this this place. I moved from New Hampshire and forgot to Chang my bank. I am so thankful for the shared Credit Unions. I have tried at least 5 since I have been back home in Tennessee. But only one since I found you guys. I will never go anywhere else!! Thank You!!!

Please make it easier to transfer from HELOC to personal accounts within your CU. If not, please relay the process that must be done if it every changes to your members. Please make sure that your online email accounts are being manned and/or provide an email that acknowledges that it was received and that someone will get back in a timely manner. Thank you. If I was ready to sell my house, I would payoff my HELOC asap to get out from under you.
