I love what Express was going for last year, it was close to the money on so much things, it's just that this one is rather small, and I'm not liking this years selection as much. Some graphic Hawaiians are literally the same as last year just zoomed up a bit on the image (the Hawaiian with cranes showed the floor, now their showing a bit more of the sky). And a lot of wannabe grandpa sapranos cloths that don't even look cool. Decent unz tho

Was ready to spend $500 but stood for 30 minutes waiting for a dressing room to open. When I asked an associate to open one of the 6 unused rooms I got a very annoyed "no" from the associate. Will take my business elsewhere

They just close whenever they feel like it. When the store actually is open they just close the dressing room instead of just recovering it.Don't get me wrong, I mean I love having to wait in line to buy clothes, then go try them on in the mall restroom, and then go back to the store and wait in line again (if they haven't already closed the store at 5pm on a Tuesday) to return them if they are too big/small, but I guess it could be a deal breaker for some of the more hard to please shoppers.-update: I don't really understand the point of that reply, it doesn't make much sense to close the store several hours early and have all the workers recover. Maybe you can't/won't allow overtime and there is no other time to get the shirts folded? I suppose a messy store would qualify as one of those instances you mentioned. And you said nothing about the dressing rooms.Also I actually do know how to navigate returning an item to a store, but I will certainly reach out to you if I do need any assistance; it should be simple seeing as you left some contact information in your response...Unless you just mean go to the store and hope its not closed like I just said. If it is closed I suppose I could just call and just watch everyone ignore the phone through the rollup. Thanks I guess.

Terrible service, food was slow, watched cook put fries in basket, feel them then take them out and fry them again for 2 mins. Poorly trained kitchen staff and Chef walking around not paying attention how poor kitchen was operating. Chef also wore apron into the bathroom. Think about what happens when you flush and bacteria and urine and fecal are known to be airborne then were apron back to the kitchen.
