Poorly run, bathrooms in need of repairs and cleaning, no ice, employees morale is in the gutter, multiple fuel pumps down. But still doing a lot of business and I don't know how. Signs of the times maybe? Corporate doesn't care, just spend your money 😒, sad..., just sad.

6 pumps don't work.
None of the pumps accept cards. Have to pay cash inside (sketchy)
Can't use the bathroom inside. Why? Because they caught someone smoking and the trash woman working the front is mad... so one one can use the bathroom now (or she just doesn't want to clean it)
Absolute trash location, trash people.

Pumps are always bagged and the ones that aren’t say pay inside. Imagine how much gas you could sell if you gave a shit.

Gave the cashier a $10 bill. Total of my stuff was straight daughters she only gave me back $2 and said I gave her at $ 5. So watch out they steal money

Never any receipt paper installed. I always have to enter the store for a receipt. It defeats the purpose of paying outside!!!!!

I went to this gas station just to get gas this clerk her name is Jakeisha rung me up for $25 worth of gas . I used my cash app card to purchase gas ..I get to the number 5 pump and it would not pump any gas ..the pump never turned on ..so I come back in store and ask clerk to come to my car she did and I show her proof of me having no gas
She tells me " someone one may not have hung up pump properly and it probably tripped" I began to have a gut feeling I was being scammed somehow so I ask her for a receipt
And she printed me up two receipts for pump #5 that wasn't mines but two other customers that came before me the receipt did not have my debit card number on it ..it showed some else account on the receipt not mines
Then I knew for a fact that she had figured a way to scam customers using a debit card or perhaps a cash app card
When this happened to me I had only $25; left to use and this woman took my money I got no gas and would have been stranded
She told me my money would come back on the carrd within 2-3 days ..I did not believe her
Because she gave me bogus receipts
So I called the 1-800 number I googled online
After explaining what happened the customer service rep told me that was suspicious that she would give me a bogus receipt that was not mines
The customer service rep set it up in which I would receive a gift card from 7-11 and be able to use that anywhere at 7-11
And I really appreciate the customer service rep for helping me get my money back but I wasn't satisfied with just that I explained to the rep that I would like to report this incident to the higher-ups because what I'm thinking is this woman has done this to other people and they need to look into it
She is found some way I'm believing to get the money and leave customers holding the bag empty-handed this was at the 7-Eleven store located at 3400 West end avenue Nashville Tennessee
Also made a video of the store and posted it on social media as well as tick tock to Warren everyone to not come to this gas station and if you do pump gas immediately ask for receipt at the front counter or get you a receipt at the pump and make sure that your credit card number is on there cuz if you go to the pump and the pump doesn't work after you have given your money your experiencing the same scam that happened to me

Crazy small lot on very busy Intersection. Gas prices extremely high. Get gas before heading downtown is my advise
