I work in the area, and the manager yelled and cussed at me for regularly using the restroom she even threatened to ban me. I visit 6-8 times a week and more time than not by snacks or fuel up my van. I am always clean and will even pick up trash in the bathroom. The new manager is just not friendly!

I was waiting outside at 8:30am when a man and a woman arrived inside , I was waiting to get a paper and it was important because of a obituary I needed. I waited till almost 9am. I came back at 9:10am and this man come to find out doesn't work here was kissing on the employee as I'm trying to ask a question. He still talking as I'm asking a question he said he needed to wash his hand my guess is that they was inside doing stuff while several customers were coming and going because the store wasn't open completely disgusting and unprofessional at most! It is August 18th when this happened . That employee needs to be terminated now I don't even want anything out this gas station any longer it makes me so sick to my stomach. I'm calling corporate office tomorrow morning.

Not handicap accessible. There's stuff all around the curb outside the store so if you had mobility aids it's impossible to get inside. No handicap parking.

Employee is nuts. Pulled in to get gas and he came running at my car cussing and yelling at me because something was going on behind the building he wanted to keep people away from? I couldn’t even see it and wasn’t going back there. The things people get away with is unreal when there’s a labor shortage.

Good gas prices, decently clean and staff seemed to be doing their jobs. Not sure about all the bad reviews, except maybe some folks lack appreciation for a decent hometown gas station, which today had the best gas price I've seen in over a year for regular at least.

Just not a well run place, employees have attitudes and some things dont work like the fountain and the atm never works...Whats crazy about this review is that it pertains to three different locations; Hillsboro rd., Charlotte ave, and Nolensville rd. When you can use the same review for 3 stores that tells you they are not well run...When I was a cashier we had food available, cups, store clean and service with a smile, all the employees now seem unsupervised no business training no food and dont care...I used to love Exxon, especially the hot dogs but they wont cook them, so I no longer eat them...EXXON NEEDS A DISTRICT MANAGER!
