I pumped $8.45 worth of gas in my car and got a charge of $175.00 on my credit card. Tried to print receipt and pump display said I had to see store clerk inside store. Went in the store and the line was 10 people deep, one clerk available. Clerk said oh don't worry about charge. (!) Will have to follow up to make sure that that charge is removed. What a pain in the butt. Will avoid Exxon from now on.

Unable to use the loyalty rewards program with the app or at the pump directly. Clerk said store is becoming a 7-11, but offered no reason or resolution.
