Great, helpful and fun employees. My only wish is that their Management would pay closer attention to their Ordering/Restocking procedures. I've seen stock Sell Out and have had to Wait 3 and 4 weeks before they Restock.

Im sure this is a staffing issue as there was only one person there...but I wasted time before work trying to get a coffee at 730am. The drip containers were empty, which I thought was strange, but luckily there was a little espresso maker. I went to make an Americano (easy, no cream) and it was unable to do anything, clearly out of order. At least there's a third machine! Let's try that one! This machine I just requested a regular coffee. Brown-tinged water. Assuming beans not restocked. I didn't have time to wait for the situation to be addressed, especially not for a whole pot to be brewed, but I did let the cashier know and it didn't really seem to be concerning to them. Oh well. Just disappointed, I've always been a fan of 7/11 but disappointed to not be able to get something as simple as a hot coffee at a convenience store in the morning.

Used to be my neighborhood convenience store, then we stopped in last week while traveling through. Not sure what happened, but it's gone WAY downhill. The single staff member informed us as we were walking in that he was about to close up and wasn't taking any more customers. This was around 2:30 in the afternoon, with most of the pumps full.
From what I saw, a lot of shelves were empty, and the lot was covered in trash. I can only assume the rest of his staff didn't show up. The only reason this review isn't one star is because he was apologetic and as nice as he could be at that moment.

This Exxon/7 Eleven is mediocre at best. It isn’t bad but it isn’t good. Lately, they just lock up and it seems it is for no reason. Of late, I stopped there two times and it was all locked up and no one appeared to be working at all. I suppose someone did not show up for their shift and the employee that was there was not dedicated enough to stay. Lately, their gas prices have been good. I am not sure that makes up for no one being there. I guess they have more business than they need.
