I went inside with my service dog and was told very rudely by two different workers that I could not be there with my dog. I offered to show my paperwork but they just walked away. This place is not inclusive or welcoming. Will not be back!

My visit to this establishment was satisfactory. While the aisles felt a bit crowded, I was able to find all the essential items I needed. The store had a good variety of products, catering to most of life's necessities. The ample parking space made it convenient to access the store without any hassle. Although it may not have been the most exceptional shopping experience, it served its purpose efficiently.

I went in yesterday (6/28/23) to get some drinks for my house, so I grabbed some water that didn’t have the price on it so I ask the lady at the register did she know the price of the water she said she will have to scan it and see I said ok. So I put the rest of my items on the counter and she rung up everything together and told me my total when I was only asking for a price check. Moving forward I didn’t have enough. So I go get a cheaper item and the lady says (being smart) “it doesn’t matter which one you get it’s still gone be the same amount” well unfortunately I had enough. But before all that the water ends up ripping and the waters falls out. so I politely picks them up in sat them on the counter, so I’m assuming the lady gets mad and starts purposely dropping them back on the floor, and again I politely picks them back up. but that’s not all after she finish ringing me up I ask for a bag she shoves my items at me and say you don’t need a bag for this, and then, I say, ma’am, I have two items and I have another bag can I please have a bag she ignores me so I grab the bag and she took it upon herself to snatch the bag out of my hand. That was the most rudest unprofessional thing a person could have done. I will not be coming back to that store and I will be trying to get in contact with corporate. She was a dark skinned lady with glasses. I do not know her name, but I will be getting her name. She should not have a job if she’s going to treat people such a why. I come to that Family Dollar all the time, and I have never been treated that way. She had the most rudest attitude an employee should have, if you did not want to be at work, you should’ve never came to work specially with that type of attitude. If I could’ve rated no start I would’ve because that store doesn’t deserves even a a half of a star !!!!!!!!

On February the 16th I went into the store to grab a couple of grocery items the manager there African-American woman was so rude one of the cashier drop some taco shells in the basket I want taco shells there before and they were all cracked so I asked to change the box everything was going fine this African-American manager comes over she starts throwing my stuff in the bag then literally act like she wanted to jump on me for going to exchange an item that I already paid for. She had everyone thinking that she was coming there to jump on me it was the worst experience ever I my son lives across the street in the apartments and I go there everyday usually it's a good experience but with her it was really really bad she humiliated me in front of customers it was the worst experience ever I don't know who this lady is that I see now why they can't keep help there she's the rudest person I ever met..... Will no longer shop there again I'd rather go to Krogers and pay a higher price....the store number is 01033 @1015 Jefferson st Nashville TN

Cashiers getting smart over prices that was posted by the Iphone Charger ? then get mad at me because a different price RUNG UP, Listen here set up the store correctly and put up correct prices, yes I picked it up thinking it was 10.00 bucks not 16.00…. Cashier getting greasy, lucky I didnt write to the corporate store, just let this sit right here! And no i didnt purchase it! Left it right there????

Just want to say that I shipped at this particular Store and the gentleman working the register was rrrrrreally rude!! He had his cell phone right next to register while checking people out n had his music blasting!! No customer appreciation or anything. Need to really improve on customer skills!! I will not be back!!

I came in a little after 8:00am on 12/9 to buy a toothbrush and paste. The woman at the counter ignored me when I walked up and was doing opening tasks around the store. When I asked if I could check out, she glared at me and said rudely, "if you'll wait a minute". She stood there and counted down her whole cash register before helping me. A black woman with a red hat on and a tattoo on her chest. So incredibly rude, she should not be a cashier, and she should have been ready to open at the time on the door. She slammed my items on the counter like she was angry. She kept saying “have a nice day” interrupting me as I told her I wasn’t happy with this service. She said she’d been a cashier for ten years. You’d think she’d be better at it.
