“Sigh… am not sure where to start I will just start anywhere, the ladie at the front desk was very nice and easy going. The problem become one when you guy have a patient are customer from 4.30pm to see the doctor then never get to see the doctor till 7 o’clock that is bad for a “URGENT Care “ just saying. So after waiting till 7 we went to room to wait for the doctor, never leave there till 7.55pm and you guys close at 8…. That within it self was too much I think..be overall everyone was pleasant smile…”

“The Care Now Urgent Care facility on Bell road and Cane ridge road is very clean! Their staff was friendly and attentive to my concerns. I did have to wait 2 hours to be seen but we are however in a flu out break here in Nashville. Over all I was happy with the care I received and will return in the future. I've also taken my kids there.”
