Upon using the FedEx office in a hotel, I was met with a $2 handling fee after a prepaid label transaction and a considerable wait time. The fee was only disclosed after I emailed my label, which dampened the otherwise efficient printing services. A clearer upfront notification about such fees is needed.

FedEx is on the fourth floor inside the hotel (elevators to the right once you walk in). Very annoying to be charged a hotel handling fee based on the weight of the package and I’m not even a hotel guest. Luckily my package was small enough to only cost $2 but I had a prepaid label on the package.

These guys charge $10 just for 'handling" a prepaid label, then don't ship the box for over a week according to my third party complaints and their own tracking? Not sure what they are up to in downtown Nashville but it's certainly not shipping "express" packages.

Extremely satisfied - beyond my expectations! I was SO impressed by Terry's customer service, professional workmanship and smart suggestions. Plus, the end product, my photo, turned out looking better than I can have imagined, thanks to Terry. I will return for him to assist w/ several more photos that I have taken - to have printed for gifts in the next few months. He is A+, and Fedex is blessed, more than fortunate to have him on their team.

I've always had a very negative opinion about FedEx print centers. We've used their print centers all over the country for emergencies when we hold events. They charge stupid money for printing and the lacking customer service never justified the costs.My company recently had an event at this hotel and the print center there blew us away. I have never received such kind service from any print center. Luma, who was the one working there during our event, really went above and beyond. She embodied the epitome of customer service spirit that I wish i saw at all the other FedEx print centers we've used. Her kindness and work ethic tells me she will go very far in life.We are so grateful to the FedEx center at the Rennaissance. Just knowing we would have that kind of support there, makes me want to hold another event there.
