This place was useless. She helped two people in front of me and the customers were more friendly than the person working. She saw me walk up with a small package and looked at me like how dare I come to a FedEx drop off with a package. I had run out of packing tape and so I asked her if she had any packing tape I could use to seal the box I was dropping off. She looked at me like I had 5 eyeballs. I would have even paid for a roll, but I’m not even sure she knew what tape was with the way she looked at me and said, “no” as if she was bewildered someone would ask for such a foreign object at a package drop off place. I don’t know where the friendly helpful staff was from the other reviews cause she wasn’t it. Lesson learned.

I have been to this site often. The staff is consistently helpful and very knowledgeable. If the job is small they stop and do it while I wait. First class group of people.
