Incredibly surly rude employees. My husband and I are an interracial couple and I definitely feel this is part of why the employees here were so awful to us. We've been in there twice in the last month and both times had to try repeatedly to get an employee's attention and help, only for them to snap at us, misdirect us to other employees who also couldn't help us, and help other customers first who got there after us. Felt very racially motivated and even though this location is close to us, we simply can't return after being treated this way twice in a row.

On lady is very rude. She always behaves as if she doing favors. She always reply we don’t accept walmart returns. Male staff help me always even when she refuses.

I would like to offer my sincere thanks to Winston, the assistant manager at the West End FedEx Office in Nashville. Winston far exceeded my expectations—offering not only swift and expert service, but also thoughtful guidance at every step of the process. His professionalism, calm demeanor, and insight made all the difference.
In under fifteen minutes, Winston helped prepare a visually impactful and meaningful project for my medical office. The printed work will be displayed as part of a new wall installation dedicated to healing, identity, and the human experience. The results were stunning—beautifully rendered, perfectly aligned, and handled with care.
Winston treated the project with a level of attention and respect that is rare to find. His support turned a complex and personal vision into a seamless reality. I recommend him without reservation and consider him a standout professional in customer service and design execution

I am a mobile notary signing agent and drop docs daily all over middle TN. It is unacceptable to have to wait in line for 20 minutes just to get an overnight envelope so I can use the self service kiosk. This is the only location in all of middle TN that does not have envelopes available for the self serve kiosk. Unfortunately I have no choice but to use this location sometimes and regret it everytime I use this location. There has to be a way to offer this when all the other locations in middle TN have envelopes near the kiosk for customers like me.

Very clean and easy to navigate store. The attendants were very helpful. Plenty of parking in the front. In order to print you have to send the document to their email and the email will generate a link for you to follow and print your own document. The link never came. I waited about 20 minutes And nothing came. The people couldn’t assist me until the email came to me, which is weird. Luckily there was an office Depot next-door and it was very easy to print self service over there. I am leaving this review to highlight the issues I had with printing my simple 4 page documents. If you’re looking to print simple pages, go next-door to Office Depot. If you are looking to print stronger documents for Work, then this place is just fine as they were handling good business for personal printing advertisement and doing good shipping work, but their simple printing fell off today.

Service is very poor. Lady I talked in office wouldn't give me my wife special order heart medication just because we had different last names and the company the hospital works for ordered it In my wife's name. After waiting for 10 minutes they finally gave me her stuff and told me to order it in my name next or I wouldn't receive anything. Class work. Won't go hear ever again and I'm from out of state.

I have never made it a point to leave a review, but I visited the store yesterday and misplaced my receipt, so I called today to relocate the tracking number. Cory answered the phone and redirected me to the corporate Customer Service line. Customer Service could not help, so they told me to reach back out to the store. I called again, and Cory answered yet again. I explained to him that customer service couldn’t help me, so he said it was going to take a long time to help me, and put me on a hold. Then, he transferred me to Customer Service again!! without letting me know. I almost gave up, but tried the store one more time, and Marshall answered. He helped me out in the most kind and respectful manner. I got my tracking number in less than 5 minutes. I truly appreciate Marshall, but Cory has no etiquette for this kind of situation. He just seemed to want to avoid the trouble of assisting!

I recently had to ship out over 40 boxes which contained client holiday gifts. My company has a FedEx account, so I went here to have them help me tackle this large order. I was met by very friendly and helpful associates, specifically a young man named Kelvin. He was a huge help and made my experience very enjoyable. He was patient and took the time to help me create the shipping labels for over 40 different recipients. I would recommend this FedEx location and their employees, especially Kelvin, to anyone who has any shipping needs. Thank you for all your help Kelvin!!
