If I could give 0 stars I would! First they wouldn’t tell me a time so I could be home to sign for my package tbe delivery guy didn’t even pull all the way in he was at the top of my five way so couldn’t even see him get here then he didn’t even give me time to go to the door to sign and ran off then I went to the location 3 different times for them to give me the run aorind then the last time I went there they told me they had no idea where my package was and that it was put on the wrong truck and didn’t even get scanned in so they have no idea who even has my package! Not to mention it was a 1000 dollar phone! Still have no idea where it’s at and it’s been 7 days since I highly suggest don’t go to this place ever

Delivery person Sean needs to be fired!! Delivered packages on three different occasions to wrong address. Two of them required my signature but it was marked signed by me and delivered but I didn't sign for it.

FedEx has no customer service to report the driver running the route to the major hospital in Nashville doesn’t show up. I called customer service and they have no way to reach a local Nashville hub or help me report that these overnight medical specimens are sitting and ruining in a FedEx drop off box because no driver comes to pick up at one of top 3 hospitals in Nashville!!!! FedEx is so big they don’t know what’s happening!

Staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. There are two FedEx locations closer to my house and office, but I purposely go out of the way to visit this location just because of the staff.

Nice staff. So giving 5 stars. But THEY DO NOT PRINT LABELS. FEDEX BUSINESS WHY THE F DO YOU NOT OFFER THIS SERVICE AT EVERY FEDEX??????

I have contacted this facility via customer service, 4x in the past 10 days, waiting for a package to be delivered to my house. It keeps telling me my package is ready for pickup when it is specified for home delivery. I live several towns away. Customer service tells me the facility hasn't approved or seen these messages.

Note this is a ship center. They literally can’t help you in any way other than dropping off a package. There is no printer for customers to print off prepaid labels and the staff is very rude. I was expecting it to be a normal FedEx with a pay by page printer. Extremely unhelpful in every way
