The staff here is incredible! Ms. Ruby lives up to her name. She was a jewel! I was so stressed about my shipping deadline but she helped me figure out what I needed. I was able to get my package to its destination early.

Why would they designate this location a hub when they do not open until 2pm. I had a very important time sensitive package delivered directly to the hub for safe overnight morning arrival, just to show up and be told they open at 2pm.

It just snowed here and being closed yesterday was understandable. They are closed again today delaying important packages. Everyone other shipping company is open. USPS and UPS are open. This company is trash and when you call to talk to someone at this branch you will be bussed to SE Asia to talk to one of the many robots these hyper mega conglomerates pay pennies to. What a miserable experience it has been to wait for a package that was unfortunately shipped through fed ex.

Complete waste of time.Don't go here.The employee at the front refused to print my fedex shipping label unless I paid for shipping on an item that already had fedex shipping paid for.Told me that they didn't have shipping label printers at this location but told me if I pay for shipping a second time on this package that he would be able accept the package. Which seems impossible sense he has no way to put a label on it according to him.

Paid $50 for express overnight shipping for a small live animal. We wanted it as quick as possible and avoiding bumping around in a truck all dayj so we had it shipped to this FedEx site at the airport thinking we would get the package first thing in the morning. But nope they don't open until 12:30pm. How does that make sense? This is a shipment site for dangerous and urgent packages. How do you not open in the dang morning? Literally every business ever opens at 8 or 9 in the morning. Useless

Showed up to ship out packages I already had labels for. 30min past opening the store was closed and nobody in sight. Someone must have missed their shift and never showed up for work.
