I am normally super anxious when it comes to post office/shipment centers because I don’t find myself inside them very often, so I don’t know all the processes and procedures. I went to return a package that shipped via FedEx just now at this location. The woman behind the desk noticed me trying to figure things out at the kiosk, and she offered to help walk me through the process. She was super kind, not condescending at all, and just very eager to help. I will definitely be back, and I feel more confident now knowing how to use the kiosk.. and also knowing that there is a friendly face here!

Andrew is possibly the greatest FedEx employee I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with! He was sweet, kind, and quite accommodating (despite the rush order I had placed on him). Couldn’t recommend him enough. He is the epitome of people who work in the service industry.

Long time customer and very disappointed lately. They have changed how you are charged on the computers. You have to invest in $5 increments to use. Then I guess the portion not used, goes back on your card. I don’t really know, as it’s all very confusing now.
I just had to print one page this weekend. And all the security stuff it put me through, just to get on email, used my whole $5. To print ONE PAGE! And didn’t even get the page, bc money ran out. I just said, Forget It and left!! What a scam!!
