Arrived into Nashville on Southwest from Louisiana only to discover the airline had lost my presentation poster I needed for a conference presentation the next day. Spoke with Jay at Fed Ex (only 5 min down the road) and with only an hour and a half until closing, she was able to print my presentation for me. Was very efficient and helpful. She was actually leaving but got the process started and handed off to a co-worker named Tim who finished the task. Thank you to those two very helpful employees for helping me out!

An employee decided to throw away a label I printed to go on a return because it had an old label on it and no one there really cared about finding the item this place is beyond unprofessional and I think because it was just a minor item to them they did not care that it was lost but this was major to me people people need to do their job correctly worst place ever

I came in today to mail a poster, and buy a poster tube, Kathy, the lady that helped me was so awesome, she made the mail experience a pleasure and I would recommend this location to anyone looking for an easier experience. Kathy will get you taken care of with a smile on your face and hers.

Wow, talk about amazing service! I ship out complicated shipments from multiple FedEx locations across the US and Eveon is hands down the best FedEx employee I have had the pleasure of shipping with. She is always super helpful, friendly, and quick at getting my packages shipped. Thank you!

Absolutely disgusting. I was waiting on a print and a MOUSE scurried across the floor & across my foot and ran on their candy. I screamed and alerted the staff that a mouse was hiding in their candy. No one moved or even apologized. What ever you do, DO NOT buy anything edible from this place while you wait.

I stopped into this branch to see what options they had for shipping LP’s, having moved across the country without my collection. Eveon, the representative I consulted with, answered every question I could think of, so I returned with my record collection, a box of books and misc. items. Her colleague, who I believe may have been Tim, was really helpful as well.It was just about closing time and I was impressed how kind and efficient they were in helping everyone. They never lost patience with anyone, with minutes left to their shifts. Each pile I submitted to pack, was neatly stacked with extensive notes. So, while I’m singling out these folks, I’d also like to thank the morning crew. It’s no small thing to trust people with items you really care about. Not only were they packed beautifully, they arrived that way as well. I’ll be heading their way this week, to send a few more boxes. Thanks to everyone at this location. I wish they were all like this!Update: I returned to this location (after emptying a storage space) and shipped the rest of my items home. Not only did my boxes arrive earlier than the due date, they arrived beautifully because everything had been packed with the upmost care.

Atrocious!! 1st the Website and App acting to print before going. I did tried Fedex Print and Go with my retrieval code. It still didn’t work. On a time limit of five minutes to be in and out. The worker had to get a code for me to use my code. Finally, got in and it said error. I asked for the employee help. It came back up. You can’t click for it to print everything at once. You have to choose every print file individually one by one. The system moves too slow to be doing that. SMH ?♀️ Employees were fine. It’s Fedex terrible slow processing system that’s the downfall. This falls on District/Area Management not visiting facilities and not checking the equipment run time. Update your system Fedex as a whole. Mediocre. I should have went to Staples so disappointed.

Usually I can get a label fairly quickly, but not today. The person was new I guess but it took me 15 minutes to get it and pay for it. All the person had to say was I'm new. Plus those are the most unfriendly people in this store, except for one man.

Use this location often. They are typically very fast, however they need a better pick up method for prints. I pay for projects online and end up waiting in long lines just to pick up my order. Wish they had an easier method.

Jay was a huge help today! With a Next Day Air red pkg holding up an extremely large and important order. She was curteous, professional, and most of all quick. I wish every ship center had people like her!

This is a great fed ex location. They are super busy but the staff is always professional, efficient and most of all friendly and courteous. No clue why there are bad reviews!
