The associate that said she's from New York is not friendly, whoever owns this FedEx needs to talk to her about attitude and professionalism. The only reason I go there because FedEx is the only option. UPS is better!

Honestly really disappointing service. I have never written a bad review in my life, but this one was one of the rudest encounters I have experienced. One of the ladies at the counter (light purple hair) was extremely rude and unhelpful for no reason when I experienced an issue with printing. She offered no way of helping, and couldn’t even offer a reasonable solution when the pages didn’t print correctly. It is already frustrating to have to pay out of pocket to print something in color as a teacher, but then to have to deal with rude customer service outside of working hours and was really disappointing. I would avoid this location at all costs.

Always used this center. But last two times I could tell the older lady didn’t seem to like me much. What’s the reason? Idk maybe she should try and be nicer to people. The younger lady was amazing

Ms Tammy had an attitude! She should be trained how to treat customers and people in general. She is rude and wasn’t wearing her name tag, but another employee told me her name is Tammy. She gave me an attitude as soon as I approached the desk for help. Tammy should have more proper etiquette in public. FedEx need to send her home and give her more training.

I had a horrible experience today with Tammy. I come to this FedEx location all the time to ship for the company I work for and today I had the worst customer experience with Tammy. Not only did she not offer me any options, she suggested I go back to work to create another label. I then asked could she not provide the service for me and then she said she could create a label for me.
Please send her through training again. Service was horrible, If Tammy is having a bad day—send her home. This was no way to conduct business.
Sidenote: She could take some service tips from the young lady with braids who was polite and tried to help.

Incredibly rude disdainful and inconsiderate service. Inadequate technical capability. Very annoying experience when trying to get vital documents printed. Will never go there again.

Worst customer services ever. One of the machine is out of services and asked the lady upfront if she can assist with printing using front printer and she replied that one machine works and could wait line. Rude as always and hope this location get their house in order. OJ appreciate the rudeness.

Tammy, the associate manager, treats her employees terribly, and was so rude to the man in front of me. Like extremely condescending and racist. Like why are you always in a bad mood. Also I was charged for printing at the front when the self service machines were occupied. How am I being charged extra for using a different printer?? Make it make sense. But the morning shift people are great!!!!

If being rude and not liking your job was a person, the gentleman that helped me definitely fits the category☹️ I’ve been a customer of this location (Hickory Hollow) for almost 30 years at this point. Usually my experience at this particular location, is positive and pleasant. But after the nonchalant/rude customer service that I received from the gentleman helping me today, it will definitely make me question myself, if you ever needing to come back here for my printing or copying needs. The moment I walked into the door, the gentleman didn’t acknowledge me or any of the other people that came in in front of me. He was very nonchalant into the point with every question, he seem irritated when I asked for help on the machine. I simply asked him to copy something for me, at this point. He directed me to the machine and assumed that I knew how to work the printer on my own, after standing there multiple times in 2 to 5 minute increments, each time he would come and show me what button to push then walk off and have a conversation with The FedEx delivery man that was dropping off packages . It’s obvious I don’t work for the company, so I read the directions, but still did not know what I needed to do to get my one paper printed. When I finally got him to come over and help me, I simply asked him. Could he sit with me for a few minutes and make sure that I complete my order properly HE WALKED OFF AGAIN 😠 The paper that printed was the wrong size and cut off, SMH If only he would have sit there and gave me one full minute of his time, I wouldn’t have been charged an extra $.80 nor would I have had to miss my client that I had to get back with at my business. I finally got irritated and asked to speak with Trevor the manager, who happened to be in the back working. Trevor came and helped me and had me out the door within three minutes top. Now, my total time in the store was 35 to 40 minutes over one. Copy Page🤦🏻♀️ It’s one thing to be rude and not acknowledge a customer, but it’s another thing to be rude and have an attitude for doing a job that you chose to fill the application out and work for. I’m very disappointed in his behavior and the representation of this company. This was not a good look or experience. -5 stars ☹️

I use this facility to ship goods for the company I work for. And the woman with purple hair is unprofessional. She changes the rules on a whim. Three months ago, I shipped the same package from this location with her assistance, but today the requirements have shifted. She claims the rules have always been the same, but they clearly aren’t today.
It’s almost as if she gets a thrill setting people off. She will continue to be the downfall of this shipping station. Someone needs to address her.

The purple haired manager or whatever she is, is the worst. Ive never ever had a bad experience at fedex using them for years until i moved over here and encountered her. After 2 visits i make sure to never go back there. Fire her.

Lady with the colored hair is a horrible employee, very rude and insists on telling people they need to tell her what’s in the box, ever heard of privacy? I don’t have to tell you what’s in the box, FedEx has the entire transaction on file it is said what’s in the box without me needing to tell you.

So I’m giving it 4 stars because Oceania was amazing but leaving 1 star off because Tammy with purple hair is really mean. She’s needs a new job because this one is not good for her. That’s all.
