Today, it surprised me that Antioch Fedex Kinkos customer service was so horrible. I used to go often years ago, and the staff was great! I approached the printing area counter. Furthermore, I sat there for minutes while a worker by the name of Tammy, who’s the supervisor, never asked if I needed any help. Not only that, but I asked her if she could assist me. She specifically said, “what do I want”. I told her I needed an email address to get a document printed and faxed. She mentioned it’s over there! I stated I don’t see the information, can you show me? She then asked in an irritating manner what are you emailing. I asked her why does that matter, it’s a document. She pointed to the email, which had no instructions on where to continue to print or fax.I went back over to the counter and Tammy stayed in the back and later showed up, but never acknowledged me. She started looking at her computer. I then said, “where do I go next”. She got upset and stated she’s busy, and she pointed at the printer. I then told her, no matter what she’s working on, it’s her job to assist a customer. I asked which machine do I use? There were other customers at the counter, and she never tried to help. She continued working on the computer. I had to assist an older lady and another gentleman because they didn’t understand the self-service area. They said she ignored them and they needed support. That’s not my responsibility to assist anyone when you have a “Supervisor” that’s ignoring the customers. Afterward, another worker came to help. The rudeness I received from Tammy was someone who wasn't concerned about putting customer service 1st. One of the staff members stated her manager was Michelle. I will contact her to let her know a protest will start if they continue to provide poor customer service in the Antioch area. Tammy needs to be reprimanded for displaying unsatisfactory customer service and refusing to take care of customers. There are more concerning reviews about her and this isn’t acceptable!

Frdex ripped me off. They charged me $20 for a freaking box bc my iPad couldn't supposedly fit in the smaller one l, when it clearly could have.They wouldn't take the box I already brought

Wouldn’t return a package that was in the same condition in which I received it FROM FEDEX. Why do all FedEx offices look like they belong at the back of a storage unit facility in the bad part of town?

Michelle went above and beyond in helping me print a complex printing job. On top of that she did some Adobe magic to have it fit on one page and save me some money. I’m so grateful and will definitely visit again!

I have to visit to this store for pickup and drop off with the company I work for. I absolutely hate this location for service. The same blonde lady, she will see you standing and won't say anything. everything I come to this location, it's one worker moving from computer to computer trying to help the front end. This same blonde lady will be in the back and won't even bat an eye to ask if you need help. It's extremely slow and you have to yell to be acknowledged in this store. I like the green hills location better due their attentiveness. if I didn't have to come here. I would definitely not come ??????

Add to return an item to this location a photo that was scanned and reduced in size the equipment was not able to handle it that in itself is understandable the lady we encountered was not friendly and didn't offer any support or apologies just here's your money back

Careful w this place, they’re very racist. Bring a white friend or someone white cause you will be skipped or made wait unless the next person in line is white. I can prove my claims.

Absolutely the worst fedex I have ever been too. 2 weeks ago I came in stood in line , but their system wad down. That should have been said to everyone as you walked in. Today there was o n lying one person working. It was busy. The lady's attitude was not great. No apologies for her being alone. There were 6 people waiting. She laughed and talked with one guy while we all waited. I will NEVER come here again.

Expect the same terrible customer service you get from the 800 number at this location in person. The 800 number will laugh at you, hang up on you, and refuse to help you at all. The initial person I spoke with at this location was helpful and tried to get a manager for me, but said the manager was unavailable. I could see the manager and they weren't doing anything. They referred me to someone else at the front. That person was extremely rude and unhelpful. They told me if I had any questions that I should call the 800 number. I asked her if that was a joke and she said "of course it's not" in a condescending way. I told her how the 800 number is unhelpful and says "I don't know" to everything you ask. I asked her if there was any way she could tell me what happened and she said "I don't know." I asked her if anyone might know what happened and she said maybe a manager. I said I already asked to speak to the manager and she told me "oh well." No questions were answered and no help was provided. Rude would be an understatement.

I visited FedEx on Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at around 5 pm. This review is based solely on my experience with an unprofessional female worker. I was waiting to be assisted with packing and shipping a laptop. There were only 2 workers available, one male who was busy assisting a guest the whole time I was in the store, and the other unprofessional female worker who had the worst customer service. She ignored me and proceeded to help the guest who came in right after me. She was also very condescending to that guest for no reason. After she was done "helping" that guest, she was just standing by the self-service section doing absolutely nothing because no one needed any help at self-service. It's a self-service, duh. I see no reason why she needed to monitor the self-service section when I was clearly in line and in need of assistance. After she was done being useless at self-service, she decided to take her sweet time to reorganize the boxes in the back before finally assisting me. I had some pretty expensive equipment that needed shipping, and she didn't bother to ask to claim a value... I reminded her I needed to claim the value because there's a lot of work equipment, and instead of apologizing, she gave a look as if she was questioning the value of my shipment. How does a shipment containing over $1000 laptop not require a signature? She had to cancel the shipment and start over, which took even more time. Had she followed protocol, and got her priorities straightened, I wouldn't have spent too much time in there. If this shipment fails to deliver or gets damaged due to poor packaging, she needs to get fired.
