Worst corner to try to turn into. Made an appointment online only to get there and have them say they're not taking appointments made online.

My experiences with this bank have always been what I wanted them to be. That is rare in an industry that needs to wake up and know their neighborhoods. Mine does.

I had a hold placed on a check that I needed to make several business payments with. That hold is for 10 days.I had been paid from this company before, so their should be no issue. The teller tells me the hold was placed due to the company that paid me having insufficient funds. So my company send me their bank statement showing that is not the case. I show this to the branch manager who previously said in our meeting that “he would have the hold off my account today.” He doesn’t seem to interested in the proof that the company paying me had intact already had the money deducted from their account. He calls me and let’s me know that unfortunately they can’t do anything about the hold and it will take the full 10 days to process.I completely understand if the company did In fact have insufficient funds... but when I show you proof and you tell me you’re going to have it released today, then you call me saying you can’t do it?Especially in these covid times?? I will be moving my business elsewhere.

@FifthThird on Charlotte Pike in Nashville, TN is the worst bank. Quinton the branch manager is a liar, is rude, and is a thief. I’ll be depositing my $3k a week @BankofAmerica from now on.

I love this bank and the great people that work there! It deserves a much higher rating.

Please do yourself a favor and and go somewhere else. Fifth Third bank on Charlotte PK Nashville Tn is the most thieving bank of customers money. The abuse of overdraft fees is criminal. This new Hispanic manager is rude Unprofessional, control freak, doesn't understand southern accents nor does this bank like Veterans. I've never been so broke in all my life since banking with this facility. Their theft of money left me with extreme hardship where I didn't have anything to eat. This Hispanic manager's lack of concern is disgusting. Only cares to profit off the poor disabled and line their pockets. It's employees are lower than its location.

The tellers and personal bankers at this branch work to build relationships with their clients and make banking less of a cold shoulder industry.
