We invested with Boomer Holland retirement funds and were badly deceived, looked us in the eyes and led us to believe a lie. We would not trust Boomer again with any money matters of any kind. We also dealt with routine failure to return calls and communicate. Don't get taken.

I went to this branch for issues with cashing a check via mobile deposit, both of the workers I spoke with were under-informed on the necessary steps to cash the check successfully and I left the branch without a solution. I had to call FifthThird customer service to get steps on how to cash the check (methods that both branch employees told me were impossible). I give this branch 1 star because the solution to my problem was very simple, but no effort was made to look into the appropriate solution. In my opinion, in-person service should outrank phone service, but the trip to the branch turned out to be not only useless and inconvenient, but left me feeling helpless at a bank I have done business with for the last several years.

Gosh... Where do I start. I always start to tear up when I think about this 5/3. Michael is a gentle giant. Tommy is kind and compassionate. Sherry's smile could light up the world. Grant is knowledgable and generous. Oh, and Shaun... WHO DEY!
