Nermin Abdallah is extremely unprofessional. I came in to do a deposit in drive thru like I always do. At first she told me the deposit was $20 short. I informed her that it was not I verified the deposit twice. Then she told me the deposit was $20 over. She sent the deposit back it was correct. I asked where the t20 over was. I ALWAYS have some kind of an issue with this place! Won't cash my checks, can't find my account and now the latest issue they won't deposit a check from a scrap yard! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK AT ALL!!! We're in the process of moving to another nicer more efficient bank.

Second 5/3 bank in Nashville I’ve gone today after being misinformed and treated poorly at the first one. This branch’s tellers were courteous and trying to help me but the Manager told me he was too busy to assist with our issue. I’ve been told that my issue that I needed help with is not something they can help with and there is no one that I can talk to. Absolute nightmare I would never recommend using this bank for anything.

Would be lower but forceses me to put 1 star. I can NEVER NEVER get anyone to answer the phone at this branch! I am out of the country at the moment and can't get anyone to answer the 1800 number either. My account is frozen yet again. I travel overseas often never knowing when this will happen or not happen.

They want to charge 10 dollars for check cashing when other companies are 5. The worst part is I bank here. I will be looking for another company to bank with.

Good Evening, Thank you for taking the time to read m review of 5/3 Bank. I would give one star, but that is not an option. I guess I should have read the reviews and avoided 5/3 bank altogether. But, I received an invitation to receive $500 in 90 days if I made a certain deposit and left it there for 90 days. Why not? I opened the accounts at the Hermitage branch, and all seemed good. They seemed like they appreciated my business. In April 2019, 11 months after I opened the account, I decided to withdraw some money and for convenience I went to the Madison, TN branch located at 306 Gallatin Pike N.. I went in and as luck might have it, I had a teller that was in training, being guided by the branch manager, Raphael Gardner. I did not specify cash, nor was not asked if I wanted cash, ( and today, 10/21/2019, when I asked about this I was told that they might not have had that much cash on hand). After verifying my identity, the teller gave me a cashiers check. I was fine with that because I really didn't want to tote cash around, especially in Madison. At no time did ANYONE mention that I was going to be charged $4 for the cashiers check to get my money. I recently reviewed my account on line and noticed the $4 charge. What? Seriously? So, I went in today and waited about 10 minutes to be greeted. Raphael greeted me, went to the counter and , this is the part I really like, he was making some kind of grunting noise and humming as he dealt with me. That was great! I was laughing inside that I got to be entertained as I did my banking. So the end of this story is this: I HAD THE WRONG TYPE OF ACCOUNT TO GET A FREE CASHIERS CHECK! NO S**** Really? They didn't tell me that when they took my money! Okay. You got me! I have learned one good lesson... I will tell everyone I know and everyone I come into contact with for the next 30 days (maybe longer if I feel like it) to stay away from 5/3 Bank, and I assure you it isn't about the $4. If you know me, then you know that this is me. This is right up my alley. I am also going to get a sticker for my truck that says that 5/3 Bank customer service is terrible.

Poor customer service. Wait in line with 4 representatives working at the counter and one person in front of me being help and me waiting in line for at least 5 mins. I got to the desk and asked for a roll of quarters and was told that I had to have an account per the locations/ companies policy.

Horrible I go in to setup an account 7 to be exact employees only two working. Manager comes out to the me one of the busy employees will be with me in a few mins. Lol really like no one else can help me not a company I wanna do business with at all, I take it somewhere else.

Not impressed with the service I received. They recommended I come back the next day to speak with a manager about opening a specific account. Went to Simmons bank and was out in 30mins! That's great service.
