The service isn’t outstanding but it’s pretty basic and they get my car fixed it’s very expensive but hey what car place isnt and sometimes they don’t quote you the exact price with taxes so it comes out being so much more but overall a standard car mechanic shop

They couldn’t figure out how to open my hood and did nothing but still charged me. To be clear I opened my hood immediately after and there was nothing wrong with it

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care in Nashville. We booked an appointment for an engine inspection before purchasing a car and traveled all the way from Mississippi for this. After waiting for three hours, they suddenly told us they wouldn't perform the inspection because they didn’t want to take liability.
When we asked why they gave us an appointment in the first place, their response was shocking—they claimed they had no idea who took our call! This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is unacceptable. They wasted our time, caused unnecessary frustration, and completely failed to honor their commitment.
I would never recommend this place to anyone who values their time and expects professional service. This was nothing short of harassment. Avoid this location at all costs!

Came in early before 8am and dropped off a tire and rim needing tire replaced. Left the tire with a tech and was told they were on it. I come back in the afternoon to get the new tire and nothing was done, work hasn't even started on my tire. They didn't even know my tire was there until I got back to pick it up. Literally the worst service

I took my car to this place because of an engine sound and some trouble starting. They said that it was the wiring harness that needed to be replaced. They said they fixed it and said that they changed the oil like I asked. A month later, my car wouldn't start and I had to get it towed to a different location, because the experience here was so dismal that I had no faith in them. The other location told me that, a month after this place touched my car, the engine was blown and had to be replaced! I don't know what they did, but if the initial problem was big enough to cause this, they should have found it so that it could be fixed. This location killed my engine! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!
Following up now, weeks later. I called Firestone corporate, they logged the complaint and said I'd hear back. I didn't hear back, so I called back in. I finally got a call from an area manager who said he was sending the issue to the claims department. That was a week ago and I hadn't heard anything, so I called BACK in and found out that the area manager I spike to isn't even over this location. Firestone will kill your car and then force you to run around their joke of a customer service department because they don't want to help you at all. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Avoid. They used to be great, but I couldn't tell you the last time I got my car back on time. If you call after noon you won't get through. If you do, they'll put you on hold. Don't bother setting up an appointment, it doesn't matter. After spending thousands and thousands of dollars there, I can't wait to take it to a shop that cares.

Don’t even bother taking your vehicle here. Last time I brought my vehicle in for an oil change they stripped the plug on my oil pan. Now I need a new one. Filing a damage claim is a nightmare and there is no urgency to make things right. This location needs to be shut down immediately.

Very poor speed of service and attention to detail. I was in the store from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm for a simple tire patch. No one let me know my car was ready. I finally got fed up and asked. It was readily apparent that they had forgotten me and my car. At 2:30 pm my car was parked outside after service had been completed.

Friendly, helpful staff. Completed work faster than promised. Fairly priced. Went for new tires and oil change on a Silverado. Was pleased to not have staff push additional services on me too much
