Firestone Complete Auto Care is full of it
,trying to get over on women telling us we need items we don't need, thats another topic. Went for a oil change and a tire rotation on yesterday12/22/24. Realized this morning the rotation that I paid for wasn't done. I have 2 different brand of tires on my vehicle that is how I know this was not done.
Go back to firestone this morning talk to the manager ,tell him what happened, he didn't have no explanation what so ever on why it wasn't done.He lied basically saying he saw them remove the tires and that the rotation was done. WHEN I SAY IM PISSED.đ¤Źđ¤Ź.
I had appt at 2, on 12/22 left my truck there until they closed at 5 and you mean to tell me the rotation wasn't done. RIDICULOUS .
I still need my tires rotatated.
They come giving me 23 dollars back. I DONT PLAY ABOUT MY VEHICLE AND MY MONEY AND MY TIME, IM REPORTING THEM TO BBB AND CONTACTING COOPERATE .IM SICK OF THEM PLAYING WITH ME . And let's not forget when I went back in Nov and was told my battery was bad and I needed a new one asap!!,Go to the dealership was told my battery was fine.smh!
I will make sure to report to the bbb on top of contacting corporate.

Poor service. Missed putting the locking screws on my brakes when replacing them. Very standoffish when i came back to have them fix it.

The front desk person forced me to replace parts I didn't have an issue with, and I decided to go somewhere else. Like for brakepads, they can't help unless you buy or pay for rotors, too.

I had an appointment to have new tires put on, that was made online for Monday 10/25 @ 5:00 pm. I left work at 4:30 to make sure I was there on time. When I arrived I was told my appt was for me to only drop off my vehicle, plus they didnât have time. All the bays were open with 1 guy in the office sitting on his behind and the one I was talking to was propped up on the counter as I walked in. He the preceded to tell me to make an actual appointment for my tires I had to call and talk to a live person, you canât make an appointment for actual service.I wasnât able to get back until 10/21 which I called on Friday the 18th to make the appointment and I ask if I dropped my vehicle off could they take me back to work, which I was told we donât provide shuttle service. When I dropped my vehicle off I had to get somebody to pick me up after dropping off my vehicle. I had to be picked up 6:00 am because of their work schedule and location. When I picked my vehicle up that afternoon, the guy said let me get your invoice so I can tell you your charges. I informed him I paid online and showed him my invoice on my phone. He got mad and called someone and argued with him on how to proceed, back and forth they argued for a few minutes. He was told over the phone how to proceed and he told them he wasnât doing it that way because he didnât do it when he watched him and he was just going to void it out like the person on the phone. Iâve never been treated so terrible and spoke to as rude as they did. I was made to feel my business wasnât worth there time. I will not recommend this shop Firestone 5808 Charlotte Ave Nashville, TN to anyone and my business will be taken to the Firestone shop in Lebanon, Tn.

Had an appointment to fix something under warranty from Firestone. 2 hours after the start of the appointment, they said it would be a couple more hours until they could get to my vehicle. The front desk person said that appointments just mean they will get to your car sometime that day. Would recommend going somewhere else.

Incredibly disappointed in my experience at this location. I made an appointment for replacement tires at 8:00am Sunday morning and arrived at 8:00am. I was told they would need to use a courier to bring the two tires from a Firestone location nearby, and my vehicle would be ready in 2-3 hours. After calling multiple times for an update (because I never received one), I arrived back to Firestone at 4:30pm, just as my car was being pulled into the bay. I hardly received an apology but did get a handful of excuses. Whatâs the point in making an appointment if times arenât honored? If tire availability was an issue, I wouldâve gladly made an appointment the following day but instead, was without my car for nearly 8 hours. I never received a communication or heads up about timing or availability issues, and upon arrival, no consolation was given.

Rep that ordered replacement tire for me initially showed good customer service however, just after the tire had been replaced, test drove by tech and placed in parking lot I am assuming it was time for that tech to get off since he left building shortly after car was completed. I would think that since he took my car in he would informed me once car was completed since it was completed prior to him leaving the building. Even after he left I sit about 15 min without the other rep addressing me until I approached counter and made statement that my car has been sitting in parking lot for while. That rep then told me he would check me out when he finished closing out paperwork, which I think is piss poor customer service, especially since this rep had address 2 other customers after my car was finished before these customers came into the shop.

I was extremely disappointed after my time at Firestone yesterday. I was under the impression that an evaluation would be free / included with my repair because there was a sign out front that says "complementary checks". Then, I was billed around $139 for only about 30 minutes of the mechanic's time for "labor". I was told that the part to fix my car would be around $400 to fix the car, but I was recommended to pay almost $900, not including the additional . I took my business elsewhere and was told that they found the part for about $100 + labor, which ended up being less than $400 all together. I was taken advantage of and will not be returning back.

Could not have had a worse experience at Firestone than this. I paid well over $2000 to have my air conditioning fixed, only for it to break 2 days later. The store informed me their A/C tech was on vacation for the next TWO weeks. They referred me to another location whose A/C tech was ALSO on vacation. I went to a third location where I picked up my vehicle 3 separate times. Each time I was told the air conditioning was fixed. And it never was. It took 3 weeks for them to finally fix my A/C. Would never recommend Firestone to another person.

Had my tires done here and a week and a half later my sparks plugs needed to be done. They tried to tell me my alignment on my right tire was out which I pointed out they just did my tires so why do I need to pay $100+ extra to fix something you just did. They claimed âitâs your fault must have hit a potholeâ and I told them I did not and the response was âwell they go out for any reason so weâre not at faultâ sounds more like you just want to upsale something you didnât do right. Also, had numerous issues right after the work they did which makes me wonder if they were breaking things on purpose to get me back spending more. Went to another mechanic and no issues since.

Told me it would be an hour to change my oil- still sitting here TWO HOURS later! I'm already inconvenienced having to bring my rental car for an oil change. Enterprise gets a one star too.
