Very bad service. I left my car for two days to change the oil. Every time I call them, they tell me two hours and we'll be done. But he did not change it in the end and I went to them to take the car and he gave me the key and did not say anything. This is not good service at all. I did not go to them and they do not care about their work at all.

Incompetent. Took truck in for vehicle inspection and tire rotation, they said it was fine and rotated my tires. Got the truck back, and now the heat doesn’t work, 2 tire sensors don’t work, and my oil filter is leaking oil (this may not have been them but should have been noticed in inspection). They won’t fix my heat. Go somewhere else these people suck.

They managed to fit me into their busy schedule when my car's battery was not working and determined the cause-- a parasitic drain likely from a interior visor light left on.

Called this place as soon as they opened at 8am. All i needed was my headlight changed. Dude on the phone named Adam said i would have to leave my car there all day, which seemed odd for such a small task, but i needed it done today so i took my car in. When i got there the guy at the front counter, who was the adam i spoke to, said they had all booked up in the time we spoke. i live six minutes away from this place. So, i went down the street to pep boys. Not only was the guy at pep boys working alone, but he got my headlight fixed in like two minutes and taught me how to do it next time it happens, all i had to do was go buy the bulb at o'reilys. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS FIRESTONE. they clearly have no time management skills if they can't fit in something that literally took two minutes to do. and firestone will be rude to you about it. adam acted like i was asking for the world and totally inconveniencing them for asking if they can fix my headlight. i personally will NEVER give this place my money and urge others not to either. pep boys got it done fast and cheap AND i walked away with a new skill. firestone could NEVER offer that kind of customer service.

Told me over the phone the total was 140 bucks and when arriving they then proceed to mention it’s 300 because of there diagnostic fees! DO NOT believe a word that comes out of these peoples mouth and DO NOT GO HERE!!

I had an appointment for 1 to check alignment, fix pressure sensor and rotate tires. At 3:15 I was told there were 3 cars ahead of me and they wouldn’t do work unless I bought tires. I left so angry.

I had a appointment at 11 dropped it off at 10:30 showed up at 5:30 to pick it up and they were just now putting it in the shop to work on it why make a appointment if y'all not going to do shit when y'all say 7 hours later after after saying 3 hours prior saying it's going in now and show up and it's in the same spot and yall have not taught it yet

Had a 10:30 appt. made the day before in person along with a deposit on my two tire purchase of 413.00 arrived a tad early maybe at 10:15 I was finally told at 1:15 my car was ready . 3 hrs. just seems to be totally ridiculous.

Made an appointment for 12 for an oil change and tire rotation almost a week in advance. Figured I would just drop it off rather than wait and told them I needed it by 3. Showed up at 3:15 and they hadn't even touched it. Why even let me make an appointment if that how you do things!?!? Should have just waited for it at 12 because it seems they don't start your car until they know you are waiting.

As a long-time customer of Firestone, I've sadly witnessed a drastic decline in their service quality. The once reliable and convenient option for auto maintenance has become an exercise in frustration and disappointment.One of the most aggravating changes is their exclusive reliance on online booking. Even after successfully making an appointment, there's no assurance that it will be confirmed. This uncertainty, combined with the lack of proactive communication, leaves customers feeling neglected.Adding to the chaos is the evident understaffing issue. It's mind-boggling that a simple oil change takes three days due to their limited workforce. Waiting for basic maintenance for such an extended period is both impractical and unacceptable.In conclusion, Firestone's service deterioration is evident in its faulty online booking, communication breakdown, and severely understaffed locations. What was once a trusted choice for auto care has transformed into a source of inconvenience and exasperation. It's a disheartening downfall for a brand that used to prioritize customer satisfaction.

Everything was great there fast and efficient they knew how to fix the problem they another southern tire mart couldn't fix for 3 days and it took Dakota less then an hour go here for all your car needs they are wonderful

Terrible service. Made an appt to have my car looked over first thing in the morning (new car just wanted to make sure nothing was wrong). Explained when I made my appt that I needed it done by 10:30am, I had work and needed the car. They said sure thing, no problem. Dropped it off the night before so it would be there first thing in the morning. Called the day around 10:20. Told me they haven’t even gotten to it and they wouldn’t be able to until later in the day! They wouldn’t be able to get to it till Friday!!! It’s Wednesday! What was the point of making the appt???!!! Unbelievable. Waste of my time having to walk 30 min to drop off and pick it up. Will not be having car serviced here ever again.

Jim had my car all day. Paid for Uber. Left it for oil change. Called said it was in the bay. Pulled in at 6 pm. Went in. Couldn't find paperwork. Said oh sorry we didn't know ur car was here. That's how they rolling here at Firestone. Keep up the good work Jim.
