I don't know if we caught them on a slow day and time, but these guys had all four of my tires changed out in no time. The lady at the desk was amazing. She was helpful and very courteous.
I believe I found my new Firestone.

I been coming to Firestone Location for more than a Decade and had an amazing experience and always welcome and gotten taken care of. I highly recommend the 1192 Murfreesboro pike location with an awesome leading Stephen caring for the branch. He has an honest hardworking team that can’t be replaced. Stop by for your car needs. You will not regret it.

This location did great after the location in Antioch and Hickory Hollow refused to do a oil change. They had over a hour before closing and both still told me they could not do a oil change. It only took the location on Murfreesboro Rd about 30 mins to do the oil change and they did great.

This place is a joke. Very rude. They over charge and they are very dishonest. Their pay system is old fashion and they pick and choose when they want to manually put in your card number. It’s 2024 and you can’t pay with your phone at this place. Then they want you to apply for their fake credit card. Choose another place. Avoid this one.

I had a frustrating experience at this Firestone location, and I feel obligated to share. I brought my car in for a check engine light, and during the inspection, they found an oil leak. They replaced the valve cover and did other repairs, which cost me $3,600. Two days later, the car was still leaking oil.
When I brought it back, they told me it would cost another $3,000 to fix a new issue. I understand my car has high mileage, and I know what comes with that. But it seems very convenient that the issue they supposedly fixed reappeared just two days later—and the solution wasn’t a quick or inexpensive one but another $3,000. That’s scary and makes me question whether the first repair was handled thoroughly.
An experienced mechanic should have checked for these additional issues upfront, knowing what to expect with a high-mileage vehicle. Instead, I feel like I was put in a position where I’ve already spent so much money that I have no choice but to continue fixing it at their shop. If I had known I’d face this situation, I might have reconsidered spending that initial $3,600 entirely.
Since then, I’ve taken my car to Phoenix Auto, and the difference in service was night and day. They provided video footage, detailed reports, and walked me through their process step by step. They prioritized the repairs and explained how fixing one issue could reveal others. This level of transparency and professionalism gave me confidence, something I didn’t feel at Firestone.
Firestone claims to back their work with a Triple Promise—FIXED RIGHT, PRICED RIGHT, RIGHT ON TIME. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t reflect that at all. I’m still waiting on a claim and hoping for a fair resolution, but I can’t recommend this location. For a trustworthy and transparent experience, I highly recommend Phoenix Auto instead.

If I could give a negative stars I would!! Called and asked steve for an appointment to get an alignment done on a 2016 GMC Sierra pick up. He set us up for the following day. We showed up, but was concerned after over 3 hours of hearing nothing. We thought it was due to a different manager that day named Nate. Well, after finally getting the truck back about the 4th-5th hour we were told it was pretty good., only a little out in the front end.. But, then why are all 4 tires wearing on the outsides only?!? Didn't add up. We called Steve back to discuss this with him, as we opted for the "LifetimeAlignment" for about $200. Steve agreed that we should at least flip the tires on the rims. We set an appt after me telling him that mid morning appointments were less appealing, as we needed it "in and out" as quickly as possible because were heavily booked with appointments, for 7am Tuesday. This was last Wednesday, nearly a week ago!! When we arrived at 6:55am they weren't open and Steve said, just wait a minute. Around 7:10am he unlocked the front doors. He also looked at the wear and said we should re-check the alignment. So, we agreed. He said "give me a couple of hours" and we left. After 3 hours and hearing nothing we called them to check on the status... not started yet. WHAT?? Well when do you anticipate that you will be looking at it? Anytime now, you're next. We only got 1 lift for pickups. Okay. An hour and a half later, now 4 1/2 hours after appointment time, we call back... Gusee what?!?!?!?!? We're still next, anytime now. BULLSHIT!!!! THIS PLACE IS THE WORST!!!! NOTHING DONE AT ALL IN NEARLY 5 HOURS AFTER APPOINTMENT AND ALL THE HAD TO DO WAS FLIP THE DAMN TIRES!!!!!!!

Straight trash. Lol I wouldn’t waste my time, effort or energy. Went here to get an estimate after a car wreck to submit to my insurance and they were worthless. They inspected my car and handed me an exorbitant quote for repairs including a complete tire package which I don’t actually need. When I asked questions about the repairs and an explanation, I was told repeatedly, “Well, I can’t answer that,” as if explaining the repair estimate was some sort of liability issue. Like make it make sense, if you’re telling me my car needs this or that repair and I ask you to explain why I shouldn’t be met with such a absurd response. Not only that, everyone I spoke to that works there today needs to take a nap, because their attitudes were ridiculous. My suggestion is if you want straight forward answers and to be an informed consumer, keep driving when you see this Firestone. They were worthless.

The service at Firestone by Stephen and his team was incredible. My car was a huge pain and they went above and beyond what they had to do to help get my car up and running again. I took my car to two other shops that did a poor job and tried to overcharge me for services. Stephen was honest, caring, and great with communication. I will definitely be taking my car back her for services from now on.
