I have tried to write this review three times, but it’s hard to put into words something so real and so unfortunate. For 35 years, I have enjoyed excellent work and trustworthy care from this Firestone branch. That’s why I’m so puzzled by what happened in my most recent service, and by the overall negative impact of the experience. All these years, everyone at this branch clearly enjoyed their jobs and worked well together. Now that positive vibe is gone. The unhappiness of the staff is palpable. More objectively, I was treated badly as a customer, offered a so-called “discount” on a regular maintenance by the new manager, which ended up costing more than twice as much as the standard service I usually receive. This behavior goes directly against the stated policy of Firestone, which you can read when you walk in the door, customer service and satisfaction being the primary goals of the company. Given this collapse in the business’s substance and spirit, I do not intend to come back to this Firestone. 35 years is a good run. Now I have to find another place.

This location refused to install brand new tire I bought online. He said they either had to be shipped there or bought at there location. Whats the difference with me buying it online and having it shipped there vs it being shipped to my house and brought there by me, same thing honestly. I've called a 2 other location near by and they didn't mentioned anything about that and was willing to mount the tires.

I bring all of my vehicles to this location and have always had a positive experience. Great customer service and communication. All of their repair work and maintenance has been flawless. I will continue to bring my vehicles to this Firestone and recommend it to friends.

The tire rotation was good. Handled it in a relatively timely manner. They did damage one hubcap. Said they would replace it. Have not heard from them. There are other issues.

I was called at 1:30 and told my car was ready but when I arrived (after work) at 5:05 they were closed. They closed early and did not notify me of that. I had to call customer service and spoke to Lauren and she called another store and found someone to come and get me my car. If it had not been for her I would not have had my car nor my keys to get into my home nor a ride home. I am very disappointed that no one told me they were closing early and I only received a small discount for my inconvenience due to them not having the correct change to give me. When they did call to tell me my car was ready they were very rude and hung up on me. I am very upset at the way I was treated and will not be back

Spent 2k for engine repairs for my car to have the exact same problem a week later. They mentioned I needed new coils but did not replace them & I had to take the car to CB to complete the repair a week later. Employees were kind but I am very disappointed.

All the workers are very polite, knowledgeable, quick paced about the work and friendly. They work with you to find the best price. I was greeted immediately as I walked in. They communicate if it will take longer than expected and the free courtesy check is very helpful. All around 10/10 for this store!

I walked in Wednesday 8/14/24 to change my headlights (one went out), but they were booked, no problem, and they made an appointment for Saturday 8/17/24 at 11a.m. Dropped my car off at my appointment time, and I didn't hear back the whole day, so I called at 4:50 p.m. and they informed me they didn't have the light bulb for my car (basic Lexus, didn't do anything to change it.) and said their is nothing they can do! I was planing on driving 3 hours that night to be at work Sunday morning at 6am in a different town, but can't now without the risk of getting pulled over, I asked to talk to the manager but the person at the front desk came back and told me again that they can't do anything for me. The manager never came to talked to me! My question is why didn't they inform me that they didn't have the light bulb when I made the appointment, or order it, and then make an appointment for a later time? IF I WOULD HAVE KNOWN I WOULD HAVE MADE PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS TO GET TO WORK ON TIME!!! I even told the guy who made my appointment, and when I dropped off my car, about needing to get to work out of town, and that I needed to drive down Saturday, they said it would not be a problem!..... but it was :(

Very friendly staff. Also, i love that they provide images of other concerns they find during maintenance, so the customer won't feel they're being lied too.

I’ve used this location for years while living in the neighborhood. Although I have other locations available,I still prefer this location! I appreciate the trust worthy advice and service I receive. Thanks for the professionalism and quality care you provide here!!
